Travel & Hotel Info

We’ve reserved a hotel block at Embassy Suites by Hilton Williamsburg for both Friday and Saturday night — perfect for out-of-town guests or anyone who wants to make a weekend of it! The hotel is aware the block covers both nights, so feel free to book Friday, Saturday, or both.

Shuttle Info

We’ve also arranged a complimentary shuttle for guests staying at the hotel! Here’s what you need to know:

Hotel Check-In: 3:00 PM

Shuttle Pick-Up Window: 3:00 – 3:30 PM

Shuttle Departs: 3:40 PM SHARP (the ceremony starts at 4:30 PM!)

The shuttle is first come, first serve and seats 55 people. If your room isn’t ready or time’s tight, you can always leave your luggage in your car and hop on the shuttle to make sure you don’t miss it!

If you’re staying Saturday night only and hoping to check in early, the hotel recommends calling them the day before or morning of to see if they can accommodate an early check-in.

If the shuttle fills up or you miss it, you’ll need to grab an Uber or Lyft to the venue — but don’t worry, the shuttle will make two return trips back to the hotel at the end of the night:

First trip: 10:00 PM

Final trip: 12:00 AM

So even if you have to Uber there, chances are you’ll still snag a spot on the shuttle back!

Other Accommodations:

Our venue is located in a rural area, which is why the hotel is about 30 minutes away. If you’d rather stay closer, there are smaller Airbnbs and B&Bs nearby — just note you’ll need to arrange your own transportation, as the shuttle only runs to and from the hotel.
