Our dress code is formal and semi-formal. Think cocktail dress or a suit and tie or a sports coat with dress pants. Bring a shawl or jacket because temperatures in October may vary.

According to the Almanac the past year's weather in Tulsa, OK on October 12,2024 is expected to to be 74 degrees and sundown is expected to be cooler at 57 degrees. Wind is expected to be 17 miles, with precipitation 0.03 in. And humidity moderately at 55.2%.

The venue is holding the ceremony and reception. No commute necessary.

The ceremony will be taking place in an outdoor on the lakeside. Dinner will be served indoors/outdoors. The reception will be held outdoors/outdoors.

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guest can head straight to the reception area, where hor d'oeuvres and beverages will be served during cocktail hour.

Due to space limitations, we are limiting the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony. We do want to apologize in advance to those who are not included.

Help us get the party as scheduled! It's encouraged to arrive an hour or 30 minutes early to make sure everyone is seated on time.

All invitations include a plus one, please just make sure to RSVP so that we will be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. If you do not RSVP by September 1, 2024, there is not a guarantee of your reserved spot for the wedding/reception.

We will be serving appetizers, and a full sit-down meal with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
