Some love stories begin with fireworks. Ours began with an awkward first date in 2019 and a feeling we couldn’t quite explain. We met online, gave it a try, and while it didn’t quite work out then, something told us our story wasn’t over.

Over the next few years, we stayed in touch—life pulling us in different directions but never fully apart. Then in January 2023, we reconnected as friends… and everything just felt different. The timing was finally right, and what started as a simple reunion slowly turned into something so much more.

In October, during what was supposed to be his birthday party, he pulled off the sweetest surprise and proposed—stealing the spotlight and my heart all over again.

Between us, we have three amazing kids and one beautiful, blended family on the way. He loves me in a way I’ve never known—with patience, humor, and unwavering support. And I’m so proud to love him back the same way, every single day.

We may not have followed the most traditional path, but we believe the best things in life happen right on time—and this time, we’re ready for forever.
