If you're getting in town on Friday, join us at the venue for an all-day casual picnic! We'll be grilling up lots of delicious foods and mixing up drinks, and just hanging out. Some people will still be setting up/prepping, and there is a rehearsal that we'll have to do at some point, but come chill with us anyway!

Welcoming of the Guests

Arrive at the venue as early as 4 PM to enjoy some light snacks and canned/bottled beverages! Two shuttles will be running from the hotel for those that don't wish to drive. Plenty of parking is available on-site.

5:00 PM–5:30 PM

Ceremony

Join us for a brief wedding ceremony inside the Hidden Acres Chapel!

5:30 PM–6:30 PM

Cocktail Hour

What you all really came for, we know. While the newly-weds get some pictures taken, enjoy an open bar and some of the prepared Cho-riginal cocktails~ This will be in the courtyard, weather permitting, otherwise inside of the main banquet hall. Munchies to be given out too!

7:00 PM–8:00 PM

Dinner

Food time! We'll be eating buffet-style, with Korean and Filipino cuisine as well as Texas-style BBQ available~

8:00 PM–10:00 PM

Speeches, Dancing, & Other Fun Stuff

Once everyone has had their fill, we'll be getting the night started with teary-eyed speeches, fancy dance moves, and other fun activities!

10:00 PM–1:00 AM

Late Night Shenanigans

For the cool folks who can manage a late bedtime, no reason to leave the venue if you don't want to - let's keep the party going! Karaoke, trivia, more dancing - everything goes. Pants optional.
