When should I arrive?
Our Ceremony and Reception will be at the same location, Ceremony start time is 4 pm please plan to be there and seated by then 15-30 min arrival prior to start time is ideal
Where do I enter once I arrive?
Please enter the chapel front entrances and find a seat on either side
Will food and drink be provided?
Yes, enjoy our buffet, bar & desserts
Do you have a food allergy?
Please let us know of any food allergies prior to our special day, Our wedding will be catered by Madeline’s (Buffet style) who can accommodate food allergies such as Nut, Shellfish, Gluten etc. (They also offer Vegan options)
What do I wear?
Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident. Our wedding will be semi formal attired
How far is the hotel from the venue?
7 minutes if you stay at the Hilton Garden Inn
Where do I park?
Our venue has a parking lot behind the building that can accommodate up to 50 cars
For overflow parking the lot adjacent to Westminster’s parking lot is for overflow
When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP 1-2 months prior to our Oct-18th date (exact RSVP date to come and will be updated)
Can I bring a plus one?
If we have stated on your invitation a plus one please let us know if you will be bringing your guest on your RSVP

Is your venue handicapped accessible?
Yes, The venue is handicapped/wheelchair accessible. If you need assistance when you arrive please let us know, there should be staff who can assist

Is the ceremony/reception indoors?
Yes the ceremony will be indoors at the chapel, an out door patio is out back we will be able to enjoy if the weather is nice enough
What will the weather be like?
Here in Rochester our falls have been mild, please check the weather for the weekend and dress accordingly.
Can I bring a gift that isn’t on the registry?
Yes of course, We appreciate any gifts we receive
Is this an unplugged ceremony?
We have hired Photographers and Videographers for our ceremony, Please enjoy this moment with us, Cell phone and camera free.
The Reception is welcomed and encouraged to take photos and videos
What if I can’t come to the wedding last minute?
Life happens, Please let us know ASAP if something happens and you can not attend
How do I RSVP
RSVP will be through mail via our invitations
Will transportation to and from the hotel be provided?
Please don’t drink and drive, Uber and Lyft are available in the area.
We will have transportation provided for those who stay at the Hilton Garden Inn
Are children welcome at the wedding?
Please enjoy a night off with dancing and drinking,
Children who are a part of the wedding party will be at the venue.
