The venue is semi-formal, but you can come as best dressed as you would like! The outfits are not as important as having you all by our side on this special day!

There are plenty of hotels located in Richmond, KY. Many are 10 minutes away from the Vineyard and located across from the Richmond Centre. Towneplace Suites Richmond is very nice. There are also several airbnbs in the area.

We have worked hard to create a guest list that includes our closest friends and family. Unless we have specifically named a guest or child on the RSVP page of the website, we ask that you do not bring them due to the venues capacities. The wedding is strictly RSVP only. Although only your name may be listed on the invite, we have tried to accommodate our single guest with a “plus one” option on the RSVP page. Please contacted us with questions!

Please reach out to us or our families if you are having trouble with RSVPs or if you cannot find your name. Please select only those of your party that will be attending. If you have a plus one attending please select that option so we can have enough seating for everyone. Remember that we have limited young children due to capacity restrictions. Contact us with any questions or concerns.

Weather permitting…. The ceremony will be held outside and the reception will be inside. The ceremony will be moved inside for any weather issues.

Come hungry! There will be appetizers and a Mexican buffet.

Alcoholic beverages will be available for cash purchase after the ceremony. We want each of you to have lots of fun! Please keep in mind that a lot of time has went into this day so we ask that our guests who choose to purchase drinks act in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the night. Should any problems arise, security will be present to maintain a fun, yet safe, environment. We cannot wait to celebrate with all of you!

Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Food and refreshments will be provided. Bringing outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
