Saturday, October 5th at 2pm

The welcome event is for people checking in for their stay at the Elkins Estate. If you booked a room, check in begins at 2pm. Feel free to come in normal clothes, be shown to your room where you can get ready, and join us for light refreshments while we wait for the ceremony to begin at 4pm. If you are staying the night elsewhere, you are still more than welcome to come arrive at the venue between 2pm and 4pm and enjoy light refreshments but venue access will be limited until after the ceremony. Complementary valet only

Ceremony will be held in the garden of the Elstowe Manor at Elkins Estate. Indoor accommodations will be made in case of inclement weather.

Directly after the ceremony

The ceremony will be unplugged, please refrain from taking pictures or videos during the ceremony. Feel free to capture all of the memories you like afterwards.

Feel free to wear a tuxedo, suit, evening gown, cocktail dress, or dressy separates.
