The above rates do not include any applicable taxes and fees 13% sales tax, $5.00 per night GA State tax, and $12 resort tax.

Any reservations not picked up by the cutoff date will go back into the Hotel reservations system to be sold at the Hotel's current going rate. (including people who book for your group after the cutoff.)

The cutoff date will be six to 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Kingwood reserves the right to reduce the number of rooms in your block for on-site events.

Payments and Cancellation Policy: Individuals are responsible for room and tax charges and incidentals and will be required to provide a credit card guarantee at the time of reservation. Cancellation policies for individual reservations are no later than 72 hours prior to arrival, otherwise, a one-night room and tax charge will apply. All no-shows will be charged to the credit card given to guarantee the reservation.
