For those driving to the venue:

Parking is available. Please note that the inn is located on State Park grounds and there is a toll booth attendant present to collect $10 for parking until 5pm. Parking is free of charge after 5pm

For those staying in the wedding block hotel:

A shuttle will brings guests from the hotel to the Bear Mountain Inn for the start of the ceremony at 5:30pm. The shuttle will be available to return guests to the hotel at the end of the reception, and at the end of the after party. Additional details on hotel and transportation times to come.

For those staying on the grounds at Bear Mountain:

The stone cottages are a 10-15 minute walk from the Bear Mountain Inn. A private shuttle will be available to bring guests from the stone cottages to the Bear Mountain Inn for the start of the ceremony at 5:30pm. The shuttle will be available to return guests to the stone cottages at the end of the reception and at the end of the after party. Additional details on hotel and transportation times to come.

We kindly ask that only invited guests attend the celebration. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional plus ones or children at the wedding. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
