For those driving to the venue:

Parking is available. Please note that the inn is located on State Park grounds and there is a toll booth attendant present to collect $10 for parking until 5pm. Parking is free of charge after 5pm

*Please factor in additional travel time for Friday afternoon traffic if you will be crossing the Bear Mountain Bridge*

For those staying in the wedding block hotel:
The bus will be picking up guests from the Holiday Inn in Fort Montgomery at 4:15pm, making one stop at the Stone Cottages at 4:40pm before bringing guests to the Bear Mountain Inn for the ceremony and reception.

The bus will be returning to the hotel at both 11pm, after the reception, and 1am, at the end of the afternoon party


For those staying on the grounds at Bear Mountain:
The stone cottages are a 10-15 minute walk from the Bear Mountain Inn. A bus will be arriving at the cottages at 4:40pm to bring guests to the Bear Mountain Inn for the ceremony and reception.

The bus will be returning guests to the stone cottages and the Holiday Inn at 11pm, after the reception, and at 1am, at the end of the after party


We kindly ask that only invited guests attend the celebration. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional plus ones or children at the wedding. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
