What time is the Ceremony?
For those with invites to attend the Ceremony, Ceremony starts at 2pm.
What time does the Reception start?
For those invited to attend the Reception, Reception starts at 7pm. Bridal party + Bride & Groom will arrive at 7:15!
What is the address for the ceremony?
The Well Room is a little tricky to find so we want to give some detailed instructions to help you find your way!
Located at 363 Duckworth Street, St. John's, you will see a gated area. You will enter through the open gate and proceed down the walk way on the left hand side. It is directly across from ‘The Sprout’ restaurant (green building). There is no parking designated specifically for the venue so you will have to park on Duckworth Street or parking garage across and up the road. I will attach some photos for reference.
Is there designated parking at the ceremony location?
Unfortunately, no. But there is public side street parking & parking garages nearby, see link below:
If you are driving, please make sure you give yourself time to park & arrive at the ceremony on time since the parking downtown could potentially be more tricky to find. However - since this is on the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, we do not anticipate downtown will be too busy & parking shouldn't be an issue!
What is the address for the reception?
Our reception will take place at Banished Brewing, located at 9 Maverick Place, Paradise - Off McNamara Rd.
Is there designated parking at the reception?
Yes! There is plenty of parking available at the reception venue.
What is the dress code for our wedding?
We would love to see you dress up with us! Formal or cocktail attire is best - Dress in what makes you feel best :)
Am I able to bring a plus one?
Your invitation will state you and your plus ones name if you have a plus one. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate everyone to bring a plus one due to size of venues.
Thank you for understanding.
What type of food will be served at the reception?
Street Food! Our unique reception venue has a food truck inside the taproom. We will be doing cocktail/serve yourself style with food being placed out for you to grab and dig right in. There will be a variety of different food truck eats such as sliders, chicken sliders, veggie sliders, fries, quesadillas, pinwheels, meatballs, chicken fingers, salad, chips & salsa, pogos etc.
For anyone who wrote they have dietary restrictions on their RSVP - we have made sure that a gluten free option was available to you by just asking at the truck!
What time will food be served?
With this being a cocktail style reception starting at 7pm - Food will start coming out at 7:30-8, then another round of yummy late night eats at 10:30!
We will also have some sweet treats available to pick at throughout the evening!
Will there be an open bar?
Unfortunately, as much as we would love to have an open bar, this just was not in the budget. We are however supplying a limited amount of canned beers and seltzers | FUN FACT : Banished Brewery are crafting a specialty drink cocktail specifically for us & our special day that you can get only at our wedding reception !!!
** Absolutely no car bar is allowed **
Do you have a wedding registry?
Wedding gifts are not expected - having you attend our wedding is the greatest gift of all, however, if we are to be honored with a present from you, a monetary gift towards our honeymoon would be very much appreciated.
We have set up a cash fund wedding registry at the link below OR we will have a card box at the reception.
Thank you so much ♥
How do I RSVP?
Once on our wedding website you can click the RSVP button on the homepage or click the RSVP tab in the drop down menu to get to the rsvp page. Once on this page, type your name & you + any of the guests invited within your party will show up on the page. You will then accept or decline your invitations for ceremony and/or reception along with answer some special questions we added on for you to answer :) There is no need to mail anything to us. If you have trouble with trying to RSVP, please just message one of us & we will make sure to do it for you!
What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by September 15, 2024. This will allow us to give our venues the appropriate amount of time to get everything right for the number of guests attending!
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Absolutely! However, we ask that during the ceremony to be respectful & no one take photos. We want everyone to live in this special moment with us and not be distracted by their devices. The professional photographer and videographer can also get the best possible shots without the interference of other flashes or mobile screens blocking the view of a shot.
I have more questions about your wedding, who can I contact?
Although we think we have gone over everything, we may not have covered all your questions. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to Chelsea here: (709)730-0393.
