No, we are getting married at the courthouse the day before everyone arrives.

To cut to the point, we want to forego the stress and formality of a full-fledged wedding. While Saturday night will have a cake, toasts, drinks, dancing, etc, etc, we just want to have fun and celebrate our marriage with our friends and family. Our stoke levels will be high…hope yours will be too!

The house has 22 parking spaces however we need to have a couple extra parking spaces available for Saturday night. That said, please carpool with friends or family if at all possible.

You can arrive on Friday (9/20) as soon as 10AM but do not feel the need to rush, come whenever convenient. Checkout is 10AM on Sunday (9/21).

Our rental has a total of 24 bedrooms: 20 king ensuites, 2 double bunk rooms, and 2 double pyramid bunk rooms. The rooms with king beds will be reserved for couples while those flying solo will have a spot in one of the other rooms. See the house description under the Travel tab for more details.

The majority of you have been to OBX before so you already know what to bring. For those that haven’t, bring your beach essentials (sunscreen, beach chairs, towels, umbrella, games, surfboards, etc). For those flying in from our of town, we can arrange to have these items ready for you. As it relates to the house, each room will have freshly made beds with sheets, pillows, and 2 towels but feel free to bring a roll of toilet paper and paper towels should you have extra laying around!

We will cover the pizza party for Friday night and the catered Mexican food for Saturday night. Guests are responsible for all other meals. FYI – There are several refrigerators in the house as well as numerous nearby restaurant options.

? We will provide the alcohol and bartender service for Saturday night’s fiesta. BYOB for all other times.

We love children but we decided to make this an adults-only weekend. For the parents out there, we hope this doesn’t put you in too much of a bind when it comes to babysitter arrangements.

While we really want each and every one of you to come for the entire weekend, we realize that may not be possible. If you can only come for a day, no problem! Our only ask, please let us know that your visit will be limited so we can offer up your room to others.
