Shuttles from the Cool Springs hotels (Hilton, Marriott, and Courtyard) will depart promptly at 4:05 PM. The Harpeth Hotel shuttle will depart at 4:15 PM. There will be one 24 person shuttle departing from the venue at 9:30pm and four at 10:30pm.

Shuttle service will be provided to and from Southall Meadows for guests staying at our listed hotel blocks. For those driving, ample parking is available at the venue.
When driving to Southall Meadows, you will pass a resort called Southall Farm and Inn. Please note this is not affiliated with our venue. Continue past Southall Farm and Inn to reach Southall Meadows.
