Disney Cruise Line determines the exact time of the wedding and finalizes all details approximately 45 days out based on how many wedding parties they have on board. So this is what we are hoping for, but is not set in stone.
As with all things Disney, this plan is based off the cruise details and reviews of previous cruises, but is subject to change.
Our wedding planner is going to do her best to make sure that all wedding guests have the same dining rotation, but it is vital you select the second dinner seating when you make your reservations.
While this cruise is about our wedding for us, we don't expect it to be the focus of every minute of the day. This is your cruise too! The only times and places we're asking for everyone to be together is at dinner the first two nights of the cruise, for the actual ceremony, and Pirate Night photos.
A new passport needs to be ordered a minimum of eight weeks in advance.
You should be able to check in for the cruise a minimum of 75 days in advance, and should check in online no less than 4 days in advance. This allows you to reserve your port arrival time, spa reservations, shore excursions and more. The earlier an arrival time you can request, the better.
The official Disney Cruise Line app will display a countdown to the cruise in the meantime, but you'll want it ready to go when you reach the ship.
For a little extra magic before we set sail, we will be attending the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue at Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground before heading to Magic Kingdom for an evening of fireworks and fun. The Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue is an old fashioned revue show with singing, dancing, and lots of laughs. In between skits and song standards, chow down on buckets of all-you-care-to-enjoy fried chicken and smoked BBQ pork ribs, as well as a tossed green salad, baked beans, fresh-baked cornbread and strawberry shortcake. Unlimited draft beer, wine and sangria are also included. With our discounts, the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue is $74 per person, including tax and tip. Please RSVP directly with Chelsea and Jay by September 5th. Payments will be made directly with them.
After Hoop-Dee-Doo, we will be heading over to the Magic Kingdom for the evening showing of the Happily Ever After fireworks and a few rides.
This includes the arrival at the port, check in, and boarding the ship based on what arrival time you selected when you checked in online. The absolute latest you should be getting on the ship is 12:30 pm.
Once you're on board the ship, you can go to Guest Services to make any reservations you might have missed during the online check ins.
You have two options for lunch: Cabanas for a self service buffet or the one of Main Dining Restaurants for a full service buffet.
A mandatory guest assembly drill is held. Please see your Key to the World Card to know where your assembly station is. You will NOT need your life jacket for the drill.
A character filled deck party to kick off the cruise.
You’re invited to a Hollywood-style awards show with spectacular songs and special appearances by Mickey and friends. Delight in a very special night of Disney’s cinematic magic while celebrating the star in us all.

You can find lunch in the Enchanted Garden, the Royal Palace, and Cabanas.
The wedding ceremony will last approximately one hour and will be head in the Outlook Lounge.
There’s something there that wasn’t there before! Disney’s creative minds have joined forces with a team of Broadway’s top artists to breathe new magic into the iconic Beauty and the Beast story, reinventing it for the stage.
A piratical adventure and deck party. Disney Cruise Line does not require pirate costumes, but the bride and groom are insisting on it! We recommend changing into your pirate gear before heading to Beauty and the Beast if you want to see show!
Don't worry, you can wear your costumes to dinner!
A stage show and fireworks!

Please note the bride and groom will be dining at Palo this evening and popping by for dessert. You are welcome to get your own table at Palo or Remy, the other signature dining option, if you don't want to dine at the Royal Palace, but they are both an up charge. You can also order room service.
A farewell party with Disney Characters happens on the last night at 10:15 pm. The Bride will probably cry.
Breakfast dining will be assigned with our dinner rotation, but should be around 8:00 am. You can also go to Cabanas if you don't want to go at the assigned time.
Sadly, the cruise will be over and it will be time to get off the ship. You must be out of your stateroom by 8:00 am, and off the ship no later than 9:00 am.
If you choose to fly out of Orlando International Airport on the final day of the cruise, it is recommended to book flights at 12:30 pm at the earliest.
Rather than having a traditional reception, we will be hanging out with some friends and family at Disney's Boardwalk area to celebrate our marriage a few days after our cruise ship wedding. We would love to see you there!
We will be meeting at the Boardwalk's Village Green at approximately 7:00 pm and visiting some of the Boardwalk's lounges, bars, and bakeries then watching the fireworks from the bridge.
Please note: This is not a catered event. This is an informal gathering at multiple venues at Disney's Boardwalk. Parking may not be available. We highly recommend parking at the Disney Springs area and taking a bus.
