WEDDING GUEST ITINERARY
Monday, September 30th
Guests arriving at Napa Valley Lodge in Yountville are invited to join us for dinner at The Charter Oak Restaurant in St Helena, just 15 minutes away. We have reserved two large tables on the patio at 6:30pm. Transportation to the restaurant can be by rental car, Uber or Lyft. For those not renting a car, it is recommended that Ubers are scheduled ahead of time to guarantee a prompt pickup.
Tuesday, October 1st
7am-10am: Brunch is available at Napa Valley Lodge. It is included in your stay at the hotel:-) You don't need to make reservations. You can also walk to Bouchon Bakery which is super cute and a 7 min walk from the hotel. They are famous for their baked goods! :)
10:30am-Noon: Wedding Rehearsal. Chelsea, Stephen, Carrie, Joe, Emily, Mike, Maryam(officiant) and Harry
12:30pm: Lunch scheduled at Solbar at Solage Resort in Calistoga for the group going to the rehearsal
For those not going to the rehearsal, a 13 passenger shuttle van has been rented to transport people to The Armstrong Redwoods State Park (10 people have already confirmed they will be going) No entrance fee.
10:00am: Shuttle will pick guests up at front entrance of Napa Valley Lodge
11:30am: Arrival at park
11:30am-1pm: Explore the park trails
1:00pm: Depart from the park on shuttle bus
2:30pm: Drop off at Napa Valley Lodge
Bring water bottles, snacks along with on bus
There are 3 additional seats available if anyone is interested let us know!
5pm-6:30pm: Rehearsal Dinner cocktail hour at RH Wine Vault, Yountville. Charcuterie boards, wine and beer will be served.
6:30pm-9pm: Private Party Rehearsal Dinner at RH Restaurant on their covered terrace.
RH Wine Vault and Restaurant are located just a short walk from our hotel, so no transportation is required. We can all meet at the front entrance of the hotel at 4:50pm and walk over together.

Wednesday, October 2nd...Wedding Day!
7am-10am: Daily brunch served at Napa Valley Lodge
TBD: Maryam, Emily, Madison, Carrie and Chelsea will be arriving at the bridal cottage at Tre Posti no later than 10am. Hair stylist will be provided but everyone will be doing their own makeup. More info to come!
3:30pm: Guests will be picked up from our hotel front entrance by shuttle bus to go to the wedding venue.
4pm: Guest arrival at Tre Posti
10:30pm: Guests will leave venue by shuttle bus.
11pm: Arrive back at the hotel
(Bring sunglasses to wear during the ceremony, since the ceremony in the vineyard will be facing the sun and mountains, so could be bright. Also bring a wrap of some sort, since evenings can get cool and the wedding and reception will be outdoors. We will have heat lamps set up at the venue in case it gets chilly. )
Thursday, October 3rd
7am-10m: Daily brunch at hotel
11:30am: Shuttle bus will pick up guests who are going on the pre scheduled wine tastings and tours. Meet at the front entrance of hotel. We have all guests, with the exception of Mike, Emily, Sarah and Elias going on the tours. They will be going to see the redwoods that day.
Noon-1:30pm: Wine tasting and charcuterie at Faust Winery in their Speakeasy room. Faust Winery
2pm-3:30pm: Wine tasting and tour at Inglenook Winery. This is the winery where we got engaged! Inglenook Winery
3:30pm-4:30pm: Walk the Inglenook grounds, take pics, purchase wine etc.
4:30pm: Shuttle bus pick up for guests
5:00pm: Shuttle bus will drop our group off for dinner at The Farmstead Restaurant in St Helena for dinner.
7:00: Shuttle bus will bring us back to the hotel
