Yes! There will be designated parking areas on the farm and signs pointing you in the right direction for parking.
Where can we stay?
Since the wedding will be at the Merrick farm we are offering for guests to camp out and tent in a designated area on the property. If you wish to camp out and stay the night in a tent or small camper feel free to come and set up your camping area between the times of 8 am-12 pm the day of the wedding. There will be clear signage where camping will be available on the property. We do ask that if you are camping out that the area is strictly being used for sleeping purposes, so guests are not drinking and driving. We kindly ask that the party stays at the wedding reception. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to Tim or I.
Also, there are hotels in the area if camping isn't quite your style. We will not be reserving hotel blocks for the wedding but there are several hotels in the York or Shrewsbury area (about 25 minutes away from the venue).
Can I take pictures?
We kindly request that all phones remain away during our ceremony so out photographer can capture our special moment.
Will there be an open bar?
Of course there will be! We will be offering his and her signature drinks and a variety of other beverages. Please drink responsibly and plan for a sober driver/ride home if you are not staying at our hotel or camping at the venue.
May we bring our kids?
We love your kids, and our younger cousins, nieces, and nephews, but we want our wedding to be a night off for you. We would like for all guests to be over 21. So, unfortunately, our wedding will be a kid-free event.
