A trolley will be available to transport guests from the Courtyard Marriott downtown (next to the Embassy Theater) to the ceremony and back to the Embassy for cocktail hour and the reception. The trolley will start at 12:30 and make a total of two trips from the hotel to the ceremony. Any guests are welcome to ride the trolley!

Our Wedding

Long story short-David and Chelsea met through Chelsea’s job. Their first date started at the Black Forest Cat Cafe, included an accidental 4 mile walk in the August heat, and ended with them getting kicked out of a closing Panera. They’ve spent every day together since!

Due to there being a lot of events happening downtown and parking not being guaranteed, we will have a trolley available to take guests from the Hotels we have booked to our ceremony and then back to the reception. Trolley transportation will start at 12:30pm. At this time, we are planning for there to be 2 opportunities to catch the trolley at our reserved hotels. We may update this once we have our final guest count. You do not have to be staying at the hotels in order to ride the trolley.

We have a block of rooms available at both the Courtyard Marriott and the Hamton Inn &amp; Suites in Downtown Fort Wayne. Both hotels are directly next to the Embassy Theatre where our reception will be taking place. We have reserved a limited number of rooms with one king or two queen sized beds. The last day to book your room is &nbsp;Wednesday, April 24, 2024. Please reserve your room as soon as possible. See below for more details.
