The Inn at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club
The beautiful Inn at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club is the newest and closest hotel to our wedding venue - it is a very short walk from our ceremony and reception location. The Inn will also provide a free shuttle (golf carts) for guests who don't wish to walk. More information about the Inn's accommodations and amenities can be found on their website. There is plenty of parking at the Beach Club for those guests who wish to drive themselves, and you ARE ALLOWED to leave your cars at the Beach Club overnight if you've had too much to drink (in which case there are taxis, and Ubers available). We will also be providing a shuttle service to a few of the area hotels (see details below).
PLEASE NOTE: If you are arriving on Friday, please make sure to leave extra time for traffic. If you are coming through Maryland and have to cross the Bay Bridge, please be mindful that traffic in this area can be bad, especially on a Friday during rush hour. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Trust us, you won't mind enjoying the view from our ceremony location of the rooftop deck if you arrive early!
We will be providing shuttle service for our guests staying at the three off-site hotels on Kent Island. If you choose to stay across the Bay Bridge in beautiful Annapolis, you may want to consider setting up your own transportation ahead of time as the shuttle will not be accommodating guests staying across the Bay Bridge. Please also keep traffic in mind when considering your travel to the venue.
Shuttle Information:
We have hired a 55 person motor coach from Atlantic Coast Charters (http://www.atlanticcoastcharters.com/) to pick guests up from their hotels and drop them off at the Beach Club. The shuttle will also provide return transportation following the event. The approximate time schedule for the shuttle is as follows:
4:15 PM: Shuttle arrival at the Sleep Inn
4:30 PM: Shuttle departure from the Sleep Inn
4:40 PM: Shuttle arrival to the Hilton Garden Inn
4:50 PM: Shuttle departure from the Hilton Garden Inn
4:55 PM: Shuttle arrival to the Holiday Inn Express
5:05 PM: Shuttle departure from the Holiday Inn Express
5:20 PM: Shuttle arrival at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club
Please note that the departure times are approximate, and if the shuttle has finished loading within just a few minutes, it will depart for the next hotel. Please be ready for the shuttle and waiting in the lobby at your hotel's arrival time, as the shuttle will not wait if you are running late! If you miss the shuttle or prefer not to use it, there is plenty of free parking at the Beach Club (you can even leave your car overnight!), or you can look at the additional transportation options below.
After the reception, the shuttle will leave at approximately 10:45 PM, dropping guests back off at the hotels.

Hilton Garden Inn Kent Island
The Hilton Garden Inn - Kent Island is another hotel available for our guests right on the water. This hotel has a two night minimum, so it's a great option for our guests coming from out of town who either feel more comfortable arriving Thursday night or staying an extra night on Saturday. It is within walking distance of great restaurants and a fun bar called The Jetty.
It is a few miles away from the wedding venue, but we will be providing a shuttle service to our guests that will stop at each of the three recommended offsite hotels. There are also taxi or Uber services available.
To make a reservation at the Hilton Garden Inn, call 1-877-782-9444 or visit the website. Use the group code "CLW16" when booking to receive the group discount rate. The group rate for Thursday night is $169 for a standard room and $199 for a suite. The group rate for Friday night is $239 for a standard room and $269 for a suite. Check in is 3pm and check out is 12pm.
Holiday Inn Express Kent Island
The Holiday Inn Express Kent Island is is another hotel available for our guests right on the water. It is a 2 minute taxi or Uber ride away from restaurants and a fun bar called the Jetty, as well as other guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. There is no two night minimum at the Holiday Inn Express.
It is a few miles away from the wedding venue, but we will be providing a shuttle service to our guests that will stop at each of the three recommended offsite hotels. There are also taxi or Uber services available.
To make a reservation at the Holiday Inn Express, call 1-410-827-4454 and ask for in house reservations. Use the group code "LAN" when booking to receive the group discount rate. The group rate for Thursday night is $119. The group rate for Friday night is $199. Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am.
Sleep Inn
The Sleep Inn is is another hotel available for our guests with no two night minimum.
It is a few miles away from the wedding venue, but we will be providing a shuttle service to our guests that will stop at each of the three recommended offsite hotels. There are also taxi or Uber services available.
