You can book for one or both nights of the weekend. The cut off date to make reservations is on July 30, 2024, however they get so busy with all the weddings you don't want to wait.
Shuttle
There will be a shuttle running between The Hilton Garden Inn Hotel and The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve.
The shuttle will be running continuously between 3:45pm and 5:15pm for drop-off at cocktail hour/reception and then again between 7:00pm and 9:30pm for drop-off back at the hotel.
