Do I need a passport to cruise?
No, you do not need a passport to cruise! If you do not have a passport, you can use your birth certificate.
Can I bring other people on the cruise?
You are allowed to bring a plus one to the wedding. Bringing other people on the cruise is absolutely fine, however, only you and your plus one will be admitted to the wedding and reception. Carnival has a room capacity, therefore, we won’t be able to accommodate extra guest other than your plus one. Once again, you more than welcome to bring other people on the cruise.
*For plus one’s, we would like them to be your significant other/spouse since Carnival gave us a limit. Further details will be provided once RSVPS start rolling in.
Will there be a reception?
Yes, there will be a 1 hour reception after the wedding.
How will I communicate with family and friends that are on the ship in different cabins?
We suggest that you download the carnival hub app and purchase the chat option for $5.00. This will allow everyone to keep in touch especially since we are in different rooms. If you purchase a wifi plan, iMessage will work and other messaging apps.
Liquor and Beverage Polices
You can not bring hard liquor on board. However, you can bring one bottle of wine (cannot exceed 15% alcohol) and a pack of 12 can sodas per person.
If you want to purchase the drink package, it is an addition cost.
Can I use my phone on board?
Please keep your phone on airplane mode when you are on the ship. If not, your phone carrier can charge you a lot of money. Carnival does offer wifi packages that you can purchase before we set sail.

Refer back to the cruise details continued tab for the times we leave each port. We suggest that you board the ship 2 hours prior to that time because carnival will indeed leave you if you are late.
Forms of payment on the cruise ship and ports
Carnival is cashless. This means you would have to load money on your sail and sign card (your room key) to purchase things on board or you can link your debit/credit card to it as well. When you arrive to the different ports, you can use regular cash and/or debit/credit cards.
How would I know what's going on around the ship?
Please download the carnival fun app before we set sail, this app is free when you are the ship. This will have everything you need to know for this cruise. If you do not want to use your phone, carnival provides a paper itinerary for each day.
