How We Met

Our story began during COVID, a time when everything felt uncertain, but one thing was clear – we were meant to find each other. After many hours of texting, our first date was dinner at Earls Kitchen in Somerville, MA, and we quickly found ourselves sharing many more dinners after that. At first, Chelsea wondered if she was just good for "dinner dates," waiting for Ryan to make the first move. Little did she know, Ryan was falling for her with every meal and conversation. As time went on, Chelsea began to notice the small ways Ryan was showing how much he cared, and that's when she realized she was falling too.&nbsp; What started as casual dates soon turned into many adventures, lots of laughter, and tons of memories, eventually leading to love.

When We Fell In Love

Though Chelsea and Ryan only lived a handful of miles away, when Chelsea's landlord decided to sell the apartment, Ryan made her sweat. Eventually (what felt like forever), Ryan asked Chelsea to move in. Adjusting to life together was easy. Ryan now had a personal chef, and Chelsea enjoyed a much shorter commute to work. While these were conveniences, in all seriousness, it allowed them much more time together, which helped their love deepen further. Chelsea finds excitement in getting Ryan to go places with her, like the outlets and the beach, while Ryan has found joy in capturing candid photos of Chelsea over the years. They’ve both enjoyed trying new things together, with Ryan introducing Chelsea to golf and showing her how to play—though she’s yet to move past the driving range, TopGolf or Puttshack! Their shared love for new experiences has only deepened their connection, making every moment together even more special.

The Proposal

One activity that has grown on Ryan is apple picking. Chelsea asks to go every year, and little did she know, after going a few years, she'd get proposed to in the middle of an apple orchard in 2024! It was the perfect setting for a life-changing moment, one they’ll always treasure.

The Start Of Forever

They’ve loved going on adventures, trying new wineries and breweries, taking day and weekend trips to new places, and exploring together. Their shared love for new experiences has only deepened their bond, making every moment together even more special. Some of their favorite trips include escapes to New Hampshire for peaceful getaways to the mountains, where they can relax and enjoy each other's company. This makes New Hampshire the perfect place for them to get married and start the rest of their lives together as husband and wife.

We’ve visited this winery multiple times, and it never disappoints. Their bistro offers a fabulous menu, and you definitely can’t leave without a tasting. Even if you're not a wine fan, there are plenty of other drink options on the menu, including non-alcoholic choices, so everyone can enjoy the experience!

Please note that it’s about 1 hour and 20 minutes north of the Bedford Village Inn, but worth the drive if you're looking for something unique to do during your stay!
