The shuttle will start bringing guests from the hotel over to the venue at 3, it will come back for a second trip around 340 to have everyone at the venue by 4 in time for ceremony to start.

I believe check in to the hotel isn’t until 3 so this could be a little inconvenient for guests staying at the hotel that want to make it to our ceremony. An option is to drive your car to the venue and then bring your car back to the hotel during cocktail hour and the shuttle will bring you back. No cars can be left at the venue overnight or they risk being towed.

The shuttle will resume service at 930 pm and start carting people back to the hotel until the wedding ends at 11. If you choose to leave earlier, you will have to call the hotel and let them know that you wish to be picked up and they will come and get you.
