When should I RSVP by?

To help us with our planning, we ask you kindly RSVP by May 31s, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we will unfortunately have to mark you as a "no." This is because we do need to provide the venue and caterer with a total guest count in a timely manner, and we hope you understand. Reminders will be sent out via text, email or phone call. If you are unable to attend, we understand the wedding is a Monday, but please let RSVP no when you make your decision.

Can I bring a guest?

First and foremost, if we missed someone and didn't realize please contact as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests outside of the predetermined plus ones allocated via wedding invitation. Your formal invitation will specify if we have given the option for a plus one. Please reach out to the groom and bride if you are unsure.

Can I bring my kid?

On your invitations, if your child is specifically listed on the envelope along with your name, they are welcome! (However, if you and your partner would prefer a date night out without the kids, also fine with us) If they are not on the invite, unfortunately we won't be able to accommodate them-we hope you understand. PLEASE reach out if you are unsure, especially if you live out of state (not in Colorado).

Is there a dress code?

Yes! We are asking our guests to dress up with us! Formal wear is requested. For men, this might mean a jacket and tie or traditional suit, or even a button down and slacks.. For women, this means dresses, blouse & skirt, or pant suits. Just no white dresses! Please keep in mind this wedding is indoor and there is air conditioning. If you have additional questions, feel free to reach out to the couple.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! Please drink on us! However, as much as we love a party, please keep your own limits in mind during the reception. Please do not drink and drive. P.S. ALL SHENANIGANS WILL BE PHOTOGRAPGHED! P.S. Premium liquor can be purchased at the bar. This is not included with our open bar. (i.e. grey goose, bullet, etc.). Please bring card or cash.

Do I need to bring cash?

It is recommended to have cash on hand, but we will QR codes for venmo & zelle set up.

Will there be parking?

Yes there is a big parking lot provided by the venue.

Will there be food?

Yes! We will be serving hors d'oeuvres throughout the cocktail hour and will have buffet stations during the reception. Vegetarian and gluten free options will be available if listed in RSVP reply. A late-night snack will be available towards the end of the night.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Our ceremony will be "unplugged," meaning that we are asking for personal devices to be put away during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer and will be videotaping the whole ceremony and are more than happy to share those photos and videos with you afterwards. At the reception, however, we encourage everyone to take photos and to please share those with us as you are able! We will allow a few minutes for individuals to take pictures during the ceremony, please wait for the officiant to announce. If the photographers, ask you to move out the way please be respectful.

If I am drinking, how do I get back to my hotel, house, etc.?

Please make sure you have a plan. Uber and Lyft are available. Pending where you are staying, there might be a shuttle bus available.

When should I get there?

Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony to park and find a seat.
