Almost 3 years ago in (2020) I meant the most wild little girl and the most loving man behind her who went and still does and always will go over and beyond for her! I fell in love with the way she never lost her smile no matter what was going on around her and always ran around crazy asking me to hide her from the boys or paint her nails or take her to outback lol or even prank daddy lol when she was 4 she whispered to me one day and said “you will love my daddy? You’re pretty” something I’ve never shared with Robert personally yet this wild child still remembers to this day telling me that and tells her daddy and me remember when I told you….. Robert and I mostly me was so hesitant on being anything other than friends Robert always had aubree (you can put that puzzle together to know why lol) so we never hung out just us it was always us and her or us her and the guys because I was the only girl in the office lol and those were my people and always will be, but some how it never bothered either of us. With so much chaos from his past with stalking, lurking and constant drama of he wasn’t allowed to be happy or move on or say or do anything with his life yet she was took a toll at first because we felt as if our life couldn’t be OUR life so I got busy with the military and volunteering to do extra training and travel while he started his process of getting out and it became us just texting and talking over the phone till we got tired of it I came home and he said ”fuck it I don’t care to hide us anymore” and I said the same exact thing but what really broke me was when aubree looked at me and said where have you been I missed you so much as she hugged me and she said daddy said you had lots of work not long after aubree and Robert begged me to move in.

The reason I said this is because almost 3 year ago we would have never guessed we would be here but if you asked the wild strawberry blonde running around in the office her opinion she would tell you I always knew she’d love us, aubree knew before either of us and reminds me weekly and sometimes daily how much she needs me and loves me and how happy she is.

At almost 20 years old I had fell in love with a little girl who was 3 and oh so wild at 21 she was begging me to let her call me mommy and to never leave her at 22 we are thriving as a family with a sweet baby boy on the way…. At 20 years old I had no idea what I was going to do or how to love her the way she needed she was 3 I missed so much of her life it felt like but now at 22 I’ve realized her life has just begun and I may have missed the little things but there is SO much I haven’t and will never miss out on

I fell in love with Robert for so many ways to even explain he is truly the love of my life and an amazing father to our babies and our future babies! I can’t wait to see where life takes us!
