YES! Under the “Travel” tab on this website you can find the hotels where we have room blocks. Make sure you book through the links provided or to mention Empero/Rovira Wedding when you call, so you can get the lowered rate! We have a hotel room block at the Sheraton McKinney Hotel, SpringHill Suites McKinney, and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. You are also more than welcomed to stay anywhere else of your choosing.

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening and weekend. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal/cocktail dress code.

Ubers and Lyfts will be able to take you easily to the venue, however it may be a little difficult getting Ubers and Lyfts to come pick up at the end of the night. We recommend carpooling or coordinating a pick up ride beforehand. There is also plenty of parking if you choose to drive yourself. We also recommend looking into renting a car. Keep in mind, Dallas is a big city, and everything is spread out. If you fly into DFW Airport or Dallas Love Field, the rental car rates are reasonably priced.
