Jon and Chelsey's story begins in the sunny town of 29 Palms, California. Their paths crossed unexpectedly when Jon sought assistance for his students at the institution where Chelsey worked. As Jon departed, leaving an impression on Chelsey, she couldn't help but confide in her coworker about his striking appearance. For a time, Chelsey kept her thoughts about Jon to herself, until a slithery intruder disrupted her solitary life. Faced with a snake crisis, Chelsey reached out to everyone in her contacts, inadvertently including Jon. This unexpected connection sparked a conversation between them, leading Jon to offer his assistance in dispatching the serpent, though it vanished under her house before he could intervene. Their interaction didn't end there. Encouraged by their shared concern for her safety, Jon and Chelsey began chatting more frequently. Their conversations evolved beyond snakes to encompass shared interests and mutual affection. Their first official date was an unconventional affair—a meet and greet for their beloved canine companions. Jon's two old English bulldogs, Ace and Marley, mingled with Chelsey's Italian greyhound mix, Willow. Despite Jon's playful insistence on calling Willow a chihuahua, their furry friends hit it off splendidly. As their relationship blossomed, Jon and Chelsey chose to keep their romance discreet, savoring the intimacy of their connection away from prying eyes. Before long, Chelsey found herself seamlessly integrating into Jon's life, culminating in her swift move into his home. After discussing the possibility of marriage, Jon and Chelsey took the important step of introducing each other to their respective families. These visits served as confirmation of the genuine bond they shared and solidified their commitment to one another. On a bright March 28th, as they embarked on a trip to Oceanside to explore potential locations for their future home, Jon seized the perfect moment to pop the question. With the ocean breeze carrying whispers of anticipation, he knelt before Chelsey, offering her a symbol of his love and devotion. With tears of joy and excitement glistening in their eyes, Chelsey said yes, sealing their promise to journey through life together as partners and soulmates.Every day, their love deepened, filling their lives with joy and contentment. Together, they embarked on adventures, savored homemade pizza nights, and cherished playful moments with their beloved dogs. In each other's arms, Jon and Chelsey found completeness and the boundless joy of shared companionship.

To welcome those traveling in to town, we will be having a welcome social that will also serve as a rehearsal dinner.   The social will take place at Stone Brewery located at Liberty Station from 1-4pm on Wednesday, October 9.    All are welcomed and encouraged to stop by, there will be plenty of food and drinks available and there is shopping surrounding the area.
