Chelsey’s love for “fancy picnics” started during the beginning of covid. These picnics became very popular, but Garrett was never interested even though Chelsey asked numerous times. Finally, in April, Chelsey’s friend started a fancy picnic company. When Chelsey asked to support her friend, Garrett agreed to this one. Little did she know Garrett had purchased the ring at this point. From there, Chelsey had made plans and figured out all the details for the picnic. Well, she thought she did! The picnic day comes, and Chelsey and Garrett are looking at Buffalo Bayou Park for their picnic spot. When they get there, Chelsey sees the aisle of rose petals leading to the picnic table with balloons that say Marry Me. Chelsey was in complete shock. They walk down the aisle of rose petals till they get right next to the table and balloons. Then, of course, Garrett got down on one knee and asked the big question!
