Hi! We’re Chelsey and Michael—and our love story starts the way all great romances do… during a global pandemic. 😅 Michaels sister Miranda made the decision to move to Cumming, and we are so thankful God led her there, beacuse Michael &amp; I were able to meet and we instantly hit it off. The connection was undeniable—just ask anyone who saw us together! Not only did I fall head over heels for Michael, but also his Aussie sidekick, Jake. That dog sealed the deal. If you know us, you know he is the center of our pack and the apple of our eye! Since then, life together has been one big adventure. From weekend getaways and spontaneous road trips to nights out listening to live music with friends, we’re always chasing fun and making memories. Our favorite tradition? The annual family beach trip—sun, sand, and last year… a surprise proposal! Yep, Michael popped the question right there by the water, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. I SAID YES!! We never miss the UGA vs. Florida game, and we’re all about keeping traditions alive—especially if they involve good food, great company, and a little healthy team rivalry. GO DAWGS!!!! Whether we’re tailgating with friends, exploring new places, or simply enjoying time at home with Jake, our lives are filled with so much laughter, love, and gratitude! We feel so incredibly blessed to share this journey surrounded by such wonderful family and friends and want to thank you for being part of our story—we can’t wait to celebrate this very special day with you!! 💬 FAQs What should I wear?  Semi-formal spring attire, please! We’d love for guests to wear soft, spring-inspired colors—shades of blue are especially welcome and will look great in family photos. What time should I arrive?  The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so we recommend arriving between 3:30 and 3:45 PM to park, find your seat, and settle in before we say “I do!” Where is the ceremony and reception? Everything is happening at: 📍 1513 Stone Creek 2769 Cedartown Hwy Rockmart, GA 30153 No need to travel between venues—ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all at the same beautiful spot! Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?  The ceremony will be outdoors in a covered space, cocktail hour will take place outside, and the reception dinner will be held indoors. Can I bring a guest or kids?  We kindly ask that only those specifically named on the invitation attend. Not all guests will have a plus-one, so please check your formal invitation. As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration—we want you to enjoy a fun and relaxing evening! Is there parking at the venue?  Yes! There is plenty of parking available onsite at the venue. Will transportation be provided?  There will be no shuttle or transportation provided, but don’t worry—everything is happening at one venue, so once you’re there, you’re set for the whole evening! Where should I stay? We have secured rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Cartesrville. More info in the "Accommodations" tab. We recommend booking your stay early to secure your spot! Otherwise, There are plenty of nearby hotels, Airbnbs, and charming bed &amp; breakfasts in the area. Are you registered?  Since we’ve lived together for a while, we already have most household items covered. Therefore, we kindly ask for contributions to our honeymoon fund—we’re hoping to create unforgettable memories through travel, experiences, and special dinners. You can do this under the "registry" tab. What kind of food and drinks will be served?  During cocktail hour, finger foods and drinks will be available. Followed by a formal dinner at the reception, plus wedding cake to top it all off! We have reserved rooms with:-Standards King Bed.-Standard Double Queen Beds. If you wish to book additional nights or need any special accommodations you can do so through contacting:Casey GraySenior Sales Manager770.383.4082 Early check-in may be accommodated up to 1 hour prior to normal check-in time which is 3:00PM by calling ahead of time and confirming that your room is ready. The hotel does offer a sit down restaurant in the lobby that serves dinner/late night snack food until 10PM as well as breakfast until 11AM. The bar is open until 12:30PM.
