The dress code is Black Tie. Traditionally, a black-tie dress code denotes a formal evening occasion, where men are meant to wear tuxedos and women, floor-length gowns; however, black suits are also appropriate.

Welcome Drinks will be held at Mother’s Ruin in Germantown, and will begin at 6:00 P.M. on Friday, November 15, 2024. The Ceremony will be held in the Veranda of the Hermitage Hotel in Downtown Nashville at 4:30 P.M. on Saturday, November 16, 2024. Cocktail Hour will be held in the Grand Lobby at 5:00 P.M. Dinner will begin in the Grand Ballroom at 6:00 P.M.

The after-party will be at Kid Rock’s Big Ass Rock n’ Roll Honky Tonk and Steakhouse on Broadway, at whatever time we stumble in. The bar is walking distance away from the venue - only about one or two blocks. Certainly come prepared and in flat shoes or boots though — Broadway on a Saturday can be quite a scene!

Parking downtown Nashville is, quite frankly, a nightmare. We would strongly suggest using a ride-share service such as Uber or Lyft to get to the venue. If you are driving, however, there is a valet at the hotel and several paid parking lots within walking distance.
