The reception will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2025 (2 years from our first date!) at 6:30PM.

The reception will be held in the Red Barn, where "Everyday is a Great Day"! The venue is located in Waxhaw, North Carolina. The venue’s address is 6012 Jeanne Drive, Waxhaw, NC 28173.

Well most of you know that the weather in Waxhaw likes to play around as it transitions from Summer to Fall. It is typically warm and pleasant, with average highs around 82-86°F and cooler evenings around 60-65°F. It can be somewhat humid, but typically tapers off as the month goes on. We suggest bringing a light jacket or shawl for later in the evening.

For our outdoor reception with a barn reception featuring a rustic chic vibe, we suggest dressing in a way that combines comfort with elegance. Since the wedding will be outdoors, consider wearing comfortable shoes suitable for walking on grass or gravel. We encourage lighter fabrics, especially for daytime warmth. Overall, aim for attire that is both dressy and comfortable, with a nod to the rustic, chic atmosphere of the day. Don't forget to check the weather closer to the event date to make any necessary adjustments! Please avoid shades of white

Yes, there will be shaded areas and tents available, but we also encourage guests to bring sunglasses, hats, or umbrellas for extra sun protection. In case of rain, we have a covered area to keep everyone dry and comfortable.

Yes, parking is available on-site at Beachwood Acres Farm. There will be signs and attendants to guide you to the parking area. Please carpool if possible, as parking is limited.

While we love your little ones, we have decided to make our reception an adults-only celebration. We hope this will allow you a relaxing evening of fun and celebration with us. Thank you for understanding!

Your presence at our reception is the greatest gift of all! However, if you would like to contribute to our honeymoon fund, we would be incredibly grateful.

We ask that you RSVP on our website by July 20th 2025 as we will need to have a head count for food and beverages
