Chera's sister, best friend and biggest role model. They share a love for travel, family time, coffee, and fireside chats. Nicole is truth seeker, story teller and avid adventurer. She pushes herself to run marathons, travel the world, help those in need, and serve up a smile to every person she passes. Nicole is a stranger to no one, lifting up everyone around her on a continuous basis through depth and joyful laughter. She radiates beauty in all forms and is Chera's biggest inspiration.

Jordan and Kai met at U of O, and instantly became friends. Kai was into similar things, like rec basketball, deep psychological talks, and critiquing tinder profiles, so naturally they hit it off right away. Kai challenges Jordan to think differently and be a better person, and even while on opposite ends of the states, continuously invested time and energy to grow their friendship. As they spent more time together over the years, they deepened their friendship on several levels, from deep personal perspectives to even deeper fantasy football strategies. In the end, Tyler Lockett shit the bed and they both lost in playoffs, but their bond remained even stronger. With Jordan's biggest life event at hand, he would be honored to have Kai by his side to ensure he doesn't mess it up.

Shay is one of Jordan’s longest standing friends, and frequented the #1 spot in Jordan’s Myspace Top 8. Now in their early 30s, they already have a lifetime of stories together. They lived together, traveled together, laughed together, and got hurt together, but usually one hurting the other (in the spirit of play). Shay routinely won at welt ping pong, Jordan broke Shay’s hand jumping on him in a pool, Shay pushed Jordan into a pit of blackberry bushes, Jordan bailed out of a golf cart causing Shay to roll out and down a hill, Jordan got yanked out of a golf cart by a tree trunk while Shay was driving, and shay didn’t even slow down to look back, and the list goes on and on. Shay rarely gets mad, but unfortunately for Jordan, Shay was good at always getting even. When they get together they often laugh about their stories and inside jokes of the past, SURRPRRIIISSSEE!!! Jordan considers Shay a brother, and looks forward to embracing this next chapter of life together over shared outdoor passions and more good times.

Kelley and Chera met in college at the University of Oregon. They danced on the same company together, studied Sociology together, and quickly became inseparable. Cut from the same cloth, Kelley and Chera have traveled and adventured down parallel paths for over a decade. Kelley is a fiend on the dance floor, is an unrivaled board game champion, and works to find the joy and good in all things. She has held Chera's hand through the darkest days, and now, the brightest ones too.

The man, the myth, the legend that "introduced" Jordan and Chera. Dane is an integral part of both of their lives and without him, we wouldn't be here today. Dane has been best friends with Jordan since Jordan's first class of freshman year. Dane has also been Chera's best friend since around the same time. When Chera called Dane to tell him of her relationship with Jordan, Dane's first words were "That is going to be one hell of a wedding". He called it folks, and here we are! Thanks D!

Jordan and Dillon met over workouts at Industrial Strength. It's almost impossible not to bond over 12 minutes of sprinting with a weighted sled to end a workout with someone. You're essentially blood brothers after enduring those levels of insurmountable adversity. Although all gym memberships must come to an end, Jordan and Dillon remained good friends and found other opportunities to strengthen their relationship. The recent being Sunday hikes with their doods to get out in nature, catch up, and talk big picture. Dillon is always on the move, personally or professionally, and inspires Jordan to do the same and have fun in the process.

Anne Marie and Chera met through their college dance company, and studied together at the University of Oregon. Anne Marie has an uncanny ability to make Chera laugh like no one else. She is authentic, genuine, and full of worldly knowledge. Together, they have shared many adventures over their decade long friendship-- traveling, camping, hiking, and dancing many nights away. She is Chera's rock in countless ways.

Chera's youngest brother and first best friend. Cord has an unparalleled character-- wise beyond his years, driven, personable (a stranger to no one), hilarious, and quick-witted. Chera and Cord have always pushed one another in the name of adventure and self growth; from 20 mile bike rides, to skydiving, volcanic hikes, and voyaging through other countries. Jordan is delighted to be a part of those adventures and couldn't be happier to gain Cord as a brother and as a best friend.

Chera and Tiffany share so many wonderful attributes, from their affinity for the ocean, to their desire to work critically toward sustainability and environmental protection. These two met practicing their shared love of movement while on the same dance company a decade ago. They even used to sling bean at the same Dutch Bros coffee stand! Tiffany has stood by Chera's side through many of life's rollercoaster moments; it's truly a gift to have her stand by Chera's side again, as she ventures down the path of marriage.

From roommates, to dance partners, days spent on yoga retreats, and even in delivery rooms, Chera and Katrina have an unbreakable bond. These two have held each other's hand through the very best life has to offer, and through some of the most trying experiences imaginable. Through it all, they continue to share a love for Portland, river time, brunch dates, and cuddle time with Sadie Blu and Oakley the Dood.

Chera's big brother, Ryan, has always been her protecter, her friend and her confidant. He is wildly independent, fiercely brilliant and full of awesome dad jokes. Ryan's grit is something that Chera has always admired; he has an uncanny ability to persevere through anything thrown his way, and continues to try to find the good in all things. Chera often calls him Superman, because he's been her hero on many occasions, and nothing can knock him down. Jordan is super pumped to be getting Ryan as a brother.

From the moment they met, Beth and Chera quickly knew they were kindred spirits. These two spent four years working together (Beth was Chera's supervisor during her time working at Butler University). Soon after meeting, Chera quickly gravitated towards Beth's profound depth, joyful energy, brilliance and perseverance. They share a strong love for one another, each other's families, and life itself. Beth is more than a friend, she is Chera's family, her soul sister. Thelma and Louise.

AKA Bobby! Chera's brother, Kellen, is the light of her life in many ways. If you ever need a laugh, Kellen is your guy! If you ever need a hug, Kellen is also your guy. Too smart for his own good and too witty to keep up with, Kellen fills Chera's heart with joy, laughter, and true companionship. He's got a heart of gold and serves up the best smile! Thanks for being the greatest "twin" a girl could ask for, Bob! Jordan couldn't be more happy to be gaining Kellen as brother and lifelong trivia partner.

Another one of Chera's brother's, Steve! Also Nicole's husband (not her brother, just so we are clear). Steve has always been a beacon in the family. He is solid, consistent, brilliant, and joyful. He brings optimism, charisma and kindness to every situation. He mentors, guides, supports and loves us while carrying himself with honesty, integrity, and humor. Chera is so grateful to have his guidance, and Jordan continues to value Steve's mentorship as he has whole-heartedly welcomed Jordan into the family as another brother since day one.

Lea and Chera met during their first year of college studying together at the University of Oregon. With a small group of friends, they set out on what was thought to be a short, sweet three mile hike through the forest. That jaunt into the woods quickly turned into an unexpected twelve mile trudge along the mountainside that lasted into the evening hours. From then on, these two were virtually inseparable, floating rivers, going to duck games, road trips, late night study sessions, shared stories of adventures abroad, and of course, the occasional dance party. They've lived near and far from one another, but on one of the most significant days of Chera's life, she realizes how lucky she is to have Lea by her side, in this bold new adventure... still in the forest.

When Chera moved back to Oregon, Rachel marched into her office, introduced herself and asked if Chera needed a fitness buddy. They quickly started up a weekly routine of waterfront runs in downtown Portland, followed up by soul shakin' yoga down the street. In no time, they became close friends in the big city as they share a spirit of adventure, eagerness to learn more about themselves, others, and the world around us. These two share a bond that is unshakable.

Jordan lived a rock’s throw from Carsten when they met. They could literally wave at each other from their rooftop balconies in the Pearl. Chera introduced the two on Carsten’s balcony for a BBQ, and shortly after they hit it off. Jordan and Carsten enjoy many of the same activities, like golfing, boating, hiking, clean eats, GOT viewing nights, getting lit off red wine and buying dog yoga t-shirts on amazon, you know, the typical mocho bro stuff. Jordan really values the variety of their conversation topics, and that he can rely on Carsten to genuinely show up as his authentic self. Carsten jumped at the opportunity to help Jordan paint the inside of their house. Did he hate it and wish he was doing literally anything else? Oh for sure. Did he make that abundantly clear? Absolutely. But he still showed up and put in the work, and Jordan respects him for that. Even in the short time of getting to know each other, Jordan is thrilled to have Carsten be a part of the day he gets to marry the special lady that brought them together.

Jaci, Jordan's sister, and best friend since the beginning. When younger, like most siblings, they got on each others’ nerves from time to time. But they’ve always had an underlying love and respect to define their relationship. For many years, Jordan looked to protect his little sister, but as time went on, Jaci grew to become a strong, independent, adventurous woman that could more than protect herself. He couldn’t be more proud of the woman and mother she’s become, and Chera is elated to be gaining this strong, independent woman as a sister!
