We highly recommend you book your transportation before your flight!

Once you land at Cancun Airport, you'll want to make your way through immigration, get your luggage and exit. AVOID stopping and letting people talk to you offering transportation, free activities, timeshare pitches, etc., within the terminal. Once outside, walk towards the shuttle area.

Food, drinks and non motorized sports are all included at no extra charge! Things like massages, golf, jet skis and excursions will be at an additional charge.

Typically breakfast and lunch are buffet style with no reservations required. Dinner restaurants might require a reservation beforehand to guarantee a seat. Front desk will explain in more detail when you arrive.

If you booked four or more nights, you should have received at least $500 in resort credits. Check your reservation confirmation if needed.

You should have received an email from Victor Garfias (vgarfias@thepalacecompany.com), our dedicated vacation planner. Please coordinate with Victor if you want to use your resort credits or if you want to book Tours, Spa Services, Golf, and Special Dinners & Tastings.

Gratuity is already included in the all inclusive price. But we recommend you bring some small dollar bills if you want to tip for drinks and meal service.

Remember to bring lots of sunscreen and cover-ups as needed. It will be hot and humid!

The ceremony will be held inside an air-conditioned Gazebo next to the beach. However, the reception dinner and entertainment will be outside on the terrace. The sun will have set and we should have a nice breeze from the ocean, but it will still be warm! Dress accordingly.
