When should I RSVP by?

Please complete your RSVP on the wedding website by November 1st (we hope it's a yes)!

Are my young children invited?

Yes! We are excited to celebrate with the whole family. Please let us know if you are bringing any children aged 3-12 when you RSVP. The venue does not have high chairs or booster seats. Please let us know if your child needs a space near mom and dad during dinner so we can save them a seat at your table!

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Is there a dress code?

We want everyone to feel comfortable and stylish at our wedding! The dress code is semi-formal, so feel free to dress up in cocktail attire, or opt for a nice dress shirt paired with trousers. We're aiming for a classy yet relaxed atmosphere, and can't wait to celebrate with you in your favorite threads!

Are there accommodations nearby?

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Tru by Hilton and Home Suites, which are close to the venue. Please click the "Travel" tab above for more details and booking information. You are welcome to take advantage of any other accommodations in the Waukesha area as well!

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel?

Yes, we will have a shuttle service running between both hotels and the venue. The shuttle schedule will be available on the site closer too the wedding date.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Update 12/4/24 There will be one run of the shuttle before the ceremony. It will leave the Home2suites at 3pm. There are 25 seats available. If you will be driving yourself to the venue, we did confirm that everyone will be allowed to leave their cars overnight and plan to pick it up by 11am on Sunday morning! There will be multiple runs of the shuttle after dinner, starting at about 9pm. The last run back to the hotel will be at 11:30pm We can’t wait to see everyone!

Will there be an open bar?

We will have complimentary beer, wine, tea, coffee, and soda available at the bar. If you prefer hard liquor, it will be available for purchase at the bar. Please have your ID handy!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Plan to arrive and be seated by 3:15pm, the ceremony is scheduled to start on the main floor of Tuscan Hall at 3:30pm

What time does cocktail hour start?

Cocktail hour will immediately follow the reception at Tuscan Hall, between 4-4:15pm and will last until about 5:30pm.

What time is the reception?

Dinner is scheduled to start at 6pm, followed by drinks and dancing until 11:30pm!

Do you have a gift registry?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift! However, if you wish to give a gift, you can view our registry on the "Registry" page above.

Is the venue accessible for those with mobility issues?

Yes! The main entrance has a set of stairs, but there is an accessible entrance and an elevator. Our ceremony and reception will be on the main floor, while cocktail hour will take place downstairs. Please see the venue staff if you need access to the elevator.

Is there an after party?

For those staying at Home2, we will have pizza available around midnight in the conference room. Text us if you’re interested!
