When Do I Need to RSVP By?
Please RSVP by March 1st.
What airport to fly to?
Tampa, FL (TPX) It takes about 1 hour to drive to Sarasota from Tampa. Sarasota/Bradenton Airport (SRQ) is the city airport and 5 minutes from the hotels. Orlando International Airport (MCO) takes about 2.5 hours to drive to Sarasota.
Do I need an E-pass to go over the bridge?
No. You will need cash to cross over the sky bridge from Tampa going to and from Sarasota. Do not be scammed by the rental car companies.
Will there be transportation to the Venue from the Hotel?
Yes. If you book with the Hilton Garden Hotel, transportation will be provided to and from the Venue. If you book to stay elsewhere no transportation is available to and from the venue.
Is there parking at the Estate?
Yes. There is parking if you plan on driving to the Estate.
Is there Parking for the Welcome Party.
Yes. There is street parking only in the neighborhood.
Is the Venue inside or outside?
The Venue is all outside with some inside features.
What to wear?
Dress code: Formal—long dresses for women; suit and tie for men.
