Think dressy enough for a wedding, casual enough for a beach! The beauty of Tofino includes every type of weather, we recommend having an outer layer in case it is cool/drizzling for the beach ceremony.

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors on the beach of Cox Bay, and our dinner reception will be indoors at Long Beach Lodge. In the case of intense wind and rain, the ceremony will be indoors at Long Beach Lodge. Guests will be notified in advance.

Yes! We would love for you to take photos during the day and share them so we can see and reminisce when we have the post wedding blues. However, please refrain from taking photos and videos during the ceremony, so that we can see your beautiful faces during this time. We will have a brief moment to all you to capture a frame or two, and then ask they are put away for the remainder of the ceremony,

We are tentatively planning to have a casual drop-in gathering Friday night. "Come-as-you-are" once you arrive in the area and get settled to enjoy a beverage and a bite beach-side. Details to come! No events will be planned for Sunday, we hope guests are able to enjoy the area on their own timing.

Your presence is the only gift we could ask for! If you do choose to provide a present, we are planning our honeymoon in Mexico later in the year and will gratefully accept contributions to this trip.

While we love your little ones, the wedding ceremony and reception will be adult-only events. If your children are joining for the weekend and require care for the evening, there are babysitting services available through Long Beach Lodge guest services

When you RSVP, there will be a prompt to identify any dietary restrictions. We will ensure there are options for everyone, however if it is a severe allergy please notify hotel staff and they can confirm which items are safe.
