A romance sparked in the back of Trader Joes one Sunday after church between Cherysh and Sean. Although, at that point, they had never formally met. The church they both go to is where Cherysh grew up attending and everyone there is essentially family. So when God called Sean to the Antelope Valley and he moved into the home of one of her adopted grandma's in the summer of 2024, she did not feel the need to introduce herself. Hearing about him was enough to make him familiar in her mind. For months they never held an actual conversation, only greeted each other in passing.Around Easter of 2025, they had a real conversation for the first time, and it is then that Cherysh began to develop a bit of a crush on Sean. Flash forward a few months later, without any knowledge of the other's plan, they went to Trader Joe's which was unexpected on both ends since neither of them had been to that store in several months. Cherysh saw him enter the store out of the corner of her eye and decided she wanted to be nosy, so she got off the phone with her mom complaining that it was "too loud," and tried to casually walk to meet him in the back not realizing he had seen her out of the corner of his eye and was hurrying to the back in hopes to make it out of the store without having to socialize.Once they started talking, they immediately hit it off. Standing in the back of the store for two hours, not moving, before checking out and talking for another hour in the parking lot. Time simultaneously stood still and flew by in those few hours. A week later they went on their first unplanned date. Two weeks later they both knew that they loved each other, but refrained to tell the other person for another two weeks.The rest is history...
