Please fly into Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). Most guests are flying in Wednesday or Thursday and leaving Sunday or Monday.

Please book your rooms as soon as possible. We have a hard cut off date by March 5th!

You can call the hotel ahead of time and schedule an airport pick up. The driver will be waiting outside with your name visible. There are also taxi’s outside of the airport that can take you to the hotel. The most affordable option is Uber (they don’t allow uber into the airport so you will have a short walk outside the airport, near the Bienvenidos sign. We do this option every time).

It will be hot so dress comfortable! Dresses, button ups, hawaiian shirts, etc. Ladies, bridesmaids will be dressed in pinks & oranges on wedding day.

The ceremony is on the property of the hotel. It will be at the garden located between Estancia & Flamingo.

Yes, we have a room block at Villa La Estancia in Nuevo Vallarta. Please use the link on the Travel tab using your mobile device to book your room

The ceremony & cocktail hour will be outside. Reception is outside but will be completely covered in the shade. It will be hot so plan accordingly!

We will have a build your own taco truck & quesadillas to accommodate for all restrictions
