Our Wedding

Roy and Ann have been essential role models to the lives of the couple. In fact, they were the match makers of this relationship. Sam met Roy and Ann at the gym when he was about 13 years old, when Roy provided specific instructions to his lifting mechanics. Later down the road, Cheyenne was Roy's physical therapist at the Mayfield clinic. He was adamant about her meeting Sam, after several attempts she finally agreed and she is extraordinarily happy she did.Roy and Ann are such a blessing to the couple. They have amazing hearts and are great people. Sam and Cheyenne continue to have a close relationship with them as they see Roy and Ann as part of their family. We are grateful they helped introduce us to our forever.

Love begins with… Roy?

On April 6th of 2024, Sam and Cheyenne played pickleball at Factory 52 followed by a casual Mediterranean dinner. While walking around Factory 52, Cheyenne analyzed Sam's gait which she does for patients at work daily. He was undoubtedly having hip pain after his fierce competition. Therefore, Cheyenne treated a specific muscle in his hip that same night which resolved the pain and altered gait. The relationship and healed hip blossomed from there...

Our First Date

Sam and Cheyenne enjoy traveling as well as spending time outdoors. Their first vacation together was to Sedona, AZ which entailed getting lost on hikes, relaxation, food, and Roys military grade first aid kit. After the engagement, Sam and Cheyenne went on a trip to Naples, FL. They went on private sailboat during sunset, walked the beach in the morning, saw many dolphins, and once again ate great food. The adventures continue with each other. In fact, Sam and Cheyenne plan to travel to Italy for their honeymoon.

Our Adventures So Far

Sam grew up practicing and believing in Catholicism. Cheyenne grew up believing in non-denominational Christianity. Together, they have developed a strong foundation in faith. Cheyenne enjoys attending Sunday Mass with Sam and feels welcomed despite not being Catholic. They chose to pray together at least one day per week thanking the Lord for His blessings, family, and friends.Sam has been loyal to his faith and cherished a wedding within the Catholic Church. Therefore, they will attend the Pre-Cana and tie the Cord of Three Strands at Guardian Angels.

Things to Do

Registry

Public parking for the reception can been seen in the image above. Public parking is within safe walking distance of the event center. There will be a shuttle that can seat 12 people to pick up guest from parking lots to the event center and vice versa. There is limited parking in front of the event center building. We are designating closer parking to guests with limited functional mobility or those assisting with the reception. If you need a closer parking space due to functional limitations, please contact Cheyenne by September 15th at 937-515-7999.

5:30 PM, Services Begin at Guardian Angels 6:30 PM, Estimated Ending of Wedding ceremony 6:30-7:00 PM, Travel from Guardian Angels to The Landing Event Center for Reception (~30 minutes) 7:00-8:00 PM, Arrive to The Landing Event Center for open bar drinks (available throughout the night) and dinner 8:00-9:00 PM, First dances and Cake Cutting 9:00-11:30 PM, Continuation of Celebration.
