The ceremony begins at 5:00 pm, please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only with exception of those apart of the bride and grooms wedding party. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun!

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day. We are requesting cocktail attire for the evening.

There is designated parking on site with a paved sidewalk to the venue.

Yes! A shuttle will pick guests up from select hotels and return them after the celebration.

We will have room blocks at hotels near the wedding venue with a shuttle service to and from the venue. You can find these hotels under the "Travel" tab. Reference Hayes/Adkison wedding. Airbnb/VRBO have great options nearby.
