Our Story

Cheyenne and Chase met in March 2020 on Camp Pendleton, California. Cheyenne fell madly in love with Chase by August but somehow, Chase did not feel the same. He broke her heart in October when she moved to Virginia to begin a grueling 8 months at a military school. However, he soon realized how lost he was without her when the months slowly dragged on without the light of his life. Chase reached out to Cheyenne in early January 2021 in a desperate attempt to win her back. As much as she tried to show restraint and hold herself back, Cheyenne could not deny the passion of love that burned in her heart and fell, swooning, into his arms once more. As he made plans to meet with her in February, she was working hard and was fully engaged with her schooling. Chase decided to brave the horrors of walking into the lions den and met with Cheyenne's family in Oklahoma before making the journey to hold Cheyenne again. He passed the first test. Chase finished his journey east and landed in Virginia, waiting in the airport to see his love again. Unbeknownst to him, Cheyenne had fallen into a deep slumber after a long days work, leaving him stranded, alone, in a strange new world. He found his way through the wilderness, battling hunger and the cold, until he stumbled upon her humble abode. Cheyenne awoke suddenly, panicking as she saw the time (it was very late). She opened the door to find the love of her life standing on the other side! Alas, Chase forgave Cheyenne as his eyes landed on her beauty and grace.

Their love grew in the coming months, which prepared them for the next difficult hurdle of their relationship. Owning a dog. After months of dreaming aloud and feverous searching, Cheyenne came home with their dog, Kyber. Kyber was nervous and afraid, being in a strange new home with strange new people, and often tinkled when scared or excited. This frustrated Chase to the fullest, but he trekked on. Soon Chase came to love Kyber and the fun they shared and eventually had only Kyber to keep as company as Cheyenne left in service to the United States of America, putting her life on the line as she braved many new and exciting countries. Here Cheyenne met her best friends, the ones who kept her steady as the long months turned painful being away from her better half. Cheyenne returned home in June 2022. She ran to Chase when she saw him and he lifted her in his arms in an embrace that conveyed all the love that he painstakingly held onto for last eight months.

United once more, Cheyenne and Chase continued to grow and change for each other and whispered their undying love for one another.
