Chiara and Kyle met while attending the University of Nevada, Reno. They were introduced by their mutual friend, Mary Rudolph (bridesmaid).

They began as "just friends" when Kyle invited Chiara to hike Mount Tallac, Lake Tahoe's tallest mountain, in September of 2018. Both of them were greatly underprepared for the hike, and it turned into a very entertaining first "hang out" as friends.

Months went by; late nights studying at UNR, sharing cheap bottles of wine, and becoming closer friends. Chiara's friends began to see the writing on the wall, that they were growing closer every day. Chiara adamantly denied that there was anything but a platonic friendship. However, Chiara's friends witnessed the moment that things changed, when Kyle kissed Chiara's forehead at a house party.

Mere weeks later; they were dating, which shocked absolutely no one. (Except for Chiara's family, who had just met Kyle, where she adamantly denied their romance.)

Since then, Chiara and Kyle have been dating for over 4 years. They have lived in 4 different cities and 3 different states before Kyle surprised Chiara with a ring in June of 2023. We're excited to invite you all to see the next chapter of our love as we begin our marriage.
