In front of the ancient Giza Pyramids in Cairo, we promised to spend a lifetime of voyages together. Ascending Kilimanjaro tested both will and endurance—a fitting way to commemorate our first year together. Over seven days on the Whisky Route, every step demanded strength. The summit push was steep and treacherous, and the long, cold nights wrapped us in darkness and solitude, tempering our resolve. At first light, we crested Uhuru Peak at 5,895 meters, standing on Africa’s crown to survey a boundless sea of clouds. In that sublime moment, Mallory’s words rang true: “Because it’s there.” We realized we had conquered not only the mountain, but ourselves. 攀登吉力馬札羅山考驗意志與耐力，也是我們慶祝拍拖一週年的活動。七天的「威士忌路線」中，每一步都是體能挑戰。攻頂路途陡峭崎嶇，長夜漆黑寂靜，將我們的意志力磨練至極限。破曉之時，我們登上海拔5895米的烏呼魯峰，站在非洲之巔俯瞰一片雲海，不禁感嘆「會當凌絕頂，一覽眾山小」。

Our safari in the Maasai Mara plunged us into the heart of one of nature’s most magnificent spectacles. From our vehicle, we watched the Great Migration sweep across the golden savanna, a sight that defied imagination. Millions of wildebeest and zebras formed an endless, flowing river of life, stretching to the horizon and kicking up dust that danced in the African sun. The air vibrated with their constant grunts and calls—a powerful soundtrack to their relentless march. We were even fortunate to encounter near-threatened white rhinos in a protected reserve and take a photo with them. On this vast land that nourishes all life, we witnessed nature’s cycles and felt an even stronger desire to help protect this precious harmony between people and the wild. 在馬賽馬拉，我們親身經歷自然界的壯麗奇觀 - 動物大遷徙。數以百萬計的牛羚和斑馬於大草原上奔跑，揚起的塵土在陽光下閃爍，輕盈飛舞，織成夢幻的光影；雄壯的叫聲在空氣中迴盪，此起彼落，譜成原始的樂章。我們更有幸在保育區遇上近危物種 - 白犀牛，並和牠們合照。非洲土地遼闊、滋養萬物，令我們目睹自然循環、生生不息，更希望保護這份與自然和諧共存的美好。

Riding camels across the Sahara’s dunes at sunset was the perfect beginning to a magical evening. Our destination was a beautiful luxury tent - a cozy haven in the vast, peaceful desert. As night fell, we gathered around a crackling campfire, the silence gently filled with the rhythms of traditional Moroccan music. Lying beneath a sky strewn with stars, it felt as if we were traveling from planet to planet with the Little Prince. 日落時分，我們騎著駱駝穿越撒哈拉的金黃沙丘，到達恬靜沙漠中的豪華帳篷。夜幕低垂，我們坐在營火旁，聆聽傳統摩洛哥音樂，沉醉於那優美旋律。躺在撒哈拉沙漠中仰望滿天繁星，我們彷彿與小王子一同拜訪各個星球。

Cairo felt like a doorway in time. We wandered hand in hand through the underground Serapeum of Saqqara, imagining the mummies that once rested there, then lost ourselves in the Grand Egyptian Museum, pausing in awe before Tutankhamun’s gleaming treasures. The Pyramids of Giza—vast, stoic, impossibly grand—became the stage for our engagement, a moment when love brushed against eternity. Together, we drifted along the city’s millennia, wrapped in the strange, beautiful harmony where ancient civilization meets modern life. 開羅之旅帶領我倆穿越歷史。我們在地下聖牛陵墓尋找木乃伊，又到大埃及博物館欣賞圖坦卡門的黃金面具。吉薩金字塔規模宏偉，氣勢磅礴，成為我們訂婚的完美舞台。我倆攜手徜徉於數千年的歷史長河中，感受這充滿古老文明與現代活力的城市。

Aoraki/Mount Cook National Park was like walking through a painting. We spent our days on the trails, stopping every few minutes for another look at the mirror‑still lakes, the calm mountains, and those snowy glaciers. A helicopter ride over Mount Cook and the Tasman Glacier gave us a brand‑new perspective, and later we even walked on the ice itself. It was one of those places that makes you forget to talk. 奧拉基/庫克山國家公園風景如畫，群山蔥蔥鬱鬱、湖泊波光粼粼、冰川白雪皚皚，如仙境，如世外桃源。乘搭直升機，我們以另一角度欣賞庫克山和塔斯曼冰川。然後，在六百米高的冰川上健行，美景映入眼簾，令我們歎為觀止。

The Dolomites are the masterpiece of nature. Wind and rain carved ancient stone into peaks of sublime beauty. We stood by the emerald, glass‑clear waters of Lake Braies and beneath the jagged spires of Tre Cime di Lavaredo, and the Alpine panorama left us in awe. It was the perfect setting for our pre‑wedding photos, a small testament to love framed by the Dolomites’ eternal grandeur. 多洛米蒂山脈是大自然的鬼斧神工，歲月風雨雕琢巨石，形成峻峭奇絕的山峰。布萊埃斯湖清澈湛藍，三尖峰拔地而起，高聳入雲。阿爾卑斯山脈景色壯麗、美不勝收，成為我們完美的婚紗照背景。

Santorini is the true definition of a romantic island. We tucked into a cave hotel carved into the cliffside, our balcony overlooking those blue‑and‑white houses spilling down the caldera toward the endless Aegean. A local photographer snapped a few moments for us, and later we watched the sun melt into the sea, washing the sky in gold. Everywhere we looked was postcard perfect and pure bliss. 聖托里尼是浪漫海島的佼佼者。我們住在洞穴酒店，眺望懸崖上藍白相間的美麗小屋，一路延伸至無垠的愛琴海，猶如身處人間天堂。當地攝影師為我們捕捉幸福時光、記錄珍貴回憶。夕陽西下，餘暉將天空染成金黃色。目光所及之處，風景皆美如明信片。

Crossing the border into Vatican City felt like entering a realm where history, religion, and art converge. Nestled within Rome, the world’s smallest sovereign state is the heart of the Catholic Church and the home of the Pope. In the Sistine Chapel, we stood in awe before Michelangelo's masterpieces. Frescoes like ‘The Creation of Adam’ and ‘The Last Judgment’ represent a sublime fusion of faith and human genius that has shaped the course of Western art. Nearby, in Raphael's ‘The School of Athens’, we found ourselves in the presence of history's greatest minds—philosophers, artists, and scientists gathered in one magnificent scene, a timeless celebration of human intellect. 梵蒂岡位於羅馬之中，不但是世界上面積最小的主權國家，更是天主教會的核心與教宗的居所。跨越梵蒂岡的國界，我們進入歷史、信仰與藝術的交匯處。我們在西斯汀禮拜堂欣賞米開朗基羅的穹頂畫《創造亞當》和壁畫《最後的審判》，見證文藝復興時期宗教與藝術的融合。拉斐爾的《雅典學院》位於梵蒂岡博物館，該畫彰顯了文藝復興的思想核心——重現雅典的哲學與思想。

Nestled within Italy, the Republic of San Marino is one of the world's smallest and oldest republics. Perched atop a mountain, this tiny and independent country looks like a kingdom suspended in the sky. It took us back to the Middle Ages. We wandered through cobblestone streets and were surrounded by medieval architecture. The highlight was gazing out from the Three Towers, ancient fortresses on the peaks of Mount Titano. Looking over the landscapes of Italy, we felt the profound strength and perseverance of this remarkable country.. 聖馬利諾是意大利的「國中國」，同時是世上最古老的共和國。屹立在山上的千年古國，帶領我們穿越時空，步入中世紀。我們漫步於蜿蜒的鵝卵石街道，沉醉在古典建築之中。登上三座堡壘，我們俯瞰遼闊的意大利風光，感受這非凡國度的韌性與堅持。

The Maldives is a true paradise - an endless, impossibly blue horizon where the ocean meets the sky. From a seaplane skimming over coral atolls, our pilots in shorts and flip-flops flew us to a luxe overwater villa. Days were for slipping into sapphire water, freediving along reefs, and sharing the deep blue with manta rays and sharks; one night we even met a whale shark under the stars. At sunset we watched the sky burn orange from our terrace, waves humming us to sleep, and mornings began with a jump straight into the Indian Ocean. Two nights was only a taste, but the mix of wild wonder and pampered bliss made it unforgettable. 馬爾代夫以水天一色聞名，儼如世外桃源。我們潛入藍寶石般的海洋，探索珊瑚礁，與海洋生物結伴。白天，我們和鯊魚、魔鬼魚共游，水泄不通；晚上，我們與鯨鯊相遇，共進夜宵。我們乘坐水上飛機，翱翔在印度洋上，低飛掠過珊瑚礁群。叫我們莞爾的是，護送我們到豪華的度假村海島的機長，只穿著短褲人字拖。我們的度假屋建在海上，坐擁無敵海景。每當夕陽西下，我們便在別墅的私人陽台上，觀賞染成橘紅色的天空，海天一線間的日落美景盡收眼底。晚上，海浪聲作安眠曲，伴隨我們入睡。起床後步出陽台，立刻能躍進印度洋裡，感受被珊瑚和魚群擁抱的溫柔。

Liuqiu Island will always be special to us—it was our first trip together. We arrived just after a typhoon had swept through, and on our very first overseas dive we slipped into clear blue water and found ourselves swimming beside the island’s resident sea turtles. We tasted local snacks in the night markets, and Taiwan’s kindness, its free‑spirited vibe, and that salty, romantic coastline keep calling us back. 小琉球在我們心中總有著特殊的地位，因為這是我們的初次旅程。幸運地在颱風甫過之際造訪小琉球，展開我們首度的異地潛水之旅，與當地的海龜居民相遇，並肩暢游於碧海之中。說起台灣，這裡總是瀰漫著獨特的人情味。我們在夜市中品嚐道地美食，悠然環島遊。台灣的人情溫度、文青氣息、海島風情，總召喚著我們定期歸來。

Komodo is a real‑life Jurassic Park. We came face to face with the world’s largest lizard—the Komodo dragon. Their claws are scary enough, but it’s the venom in their saliva that truly makes them deadly. Just a short distance away, the mood shifted completely at the dreamy Pink Beach. From that blush‑colored shore we hopped onto a private boat and slipped into a bright, blue world beneath the waves, where we met manta rays for the first time, gliding past like ghosts. As the sun sank, thousands of bats poured out of their roosts and swept across the sky—a spellbinding finale to an unforgettable day. 科莫多是活生生的侏羅紀公園。我們慕名來拜訪世上最大的蜥蜴—科莫多龍。牠們的利爪孔武有力，但殺手鐧卻是那劇毒的唾液，令人聞風喪膽。離巨龍棲息地不遠之處，竟然是浪漫的「粉紅沙灘」。離開沙灘，我們乘坐私人船隻，跳入精彩的海洋世界，在清澈見底的港灣中首次邂逅魔鬼魚。夕陽西下，成千上萬的蝙蝠傾巢而出，為我們的旅程劃上完美的句號。

Bohol pulled us away from Manila’s bustle and into a gentler world of clear shores and green rainforest. We trained in freediving with our French coach and explored the deep blue in a single breath. Back on land, we met the island’s tiny tarsiers - no bigger than a fist, with huge, soulful eyes that make them look like they’re wearing glasses. We revved ATVs over the Chocolate Hills and into the tropical backcountry. As night fell, we enjoyed the local nightlife, unwound with a Korean spa session, and sank into the calm of our resort. 薄荷島遠離馬尼拉的都市煩囂，將我們引入海島與熱帶雨林的溫柔懷抱。我們的法國教練帶我們挑戰自由潛水，以一口氣探索深海，與海洋融為一體。在陸地上，我們邂逅眼鏡猴—牠們的身軀只有拳頭般大小，卻有一雙深邃的大眼睛，儼如戴上眼鏡。我們踏上四驅車之旅，勇闖巧克力山和熱帶雨林。夜晚時分，我們沉醉於當地夜色與韓式按摩的雙重享受，在度假村的寧靜中讓身心得到完全的休息。

KYOTO, JAPAN 🇯🇵Kyoto preserves the grace of ancient Japan. As autumn deepened and crimson leaves threaded through green, we put on traditional kimonos and immersed ourselves in the city’s rhythm, the colors of our robes echoing the first maple hues. Wandering stone paths and serene temple gardens, it felt as if every corner whispered stories from centuries past, and we became part of a living tapestry. We savored kaiseki at a two‑Michelin‑star restaurant, each seasonal dish mirroring the changing maples outside. At night, we retreated to a ryokan to soak in natural onsen. After our relaxing bath, the cool bite of ice cream and the warmth of ramen brought a joyful close to the day. 京都帶領我們進入時光機，回到古日本。十一月初的京都，秋意漸濃，紅葉剛剛嶄露頭角，在青綠中透著點點嫣紅，彷彿少女初妝時的羞澀。身著傳統和服，我們漫步於這座千年古都，步履輕緩，與城市的古韻完全融為一體。初染的楓葉與和服的典雅色彩相映成趣，我們彷彿走進了一幅正在描繪中的日本風情畫。我們於米芝蓮二星餐廳品嚐懷石料理，每一道菜餚都體現著匠人的極致工藝與日式美學的精髓。料理中的時令食材，正如窗外初轉的楓葉，展現著季節更迭的細膩變化。夜幕低垂，我們下榻於傳統溫泉旅館，在氤氳熱氣中沉浸於不同療效的溫泉池。夜深人靜時，雪糕的清涼與拉麵的暖香形成奇妙對比，正如這初秋時節—既有夏日的餘溫，又蘊含著冬日的前奏。

Hanoi wove a captivating tapestry of natural splendor, ancient history, and vibrant city life. Our adventure began with an overnight cruise on the magnificent Ha Long Bay, a New7Wonder of Nature. There, we hiked mountain trails and kayaked through a labyrinth of limestone karsts, lost in nature’s masterful artistry. We delved into local tradition at a nearby Incense Village, where we witnessed a centuries-old craft and felt the artisan spirit in the air, thick with the scent of sandalwood. Returning to the city, we meandered through the colonial lanes of the Old Quarter, savored rich French coffee, and navigated the energetic throngs of the 36 Old Streets, absorbing the vibrant pulse of the thousand-year-old capital. The journey culminated in the tranquil escape of a traditional Vietnamese massage. This was a complete immersion into natural wonders, living history, and the city's soulful rhythm. 河內是歷史與自然的完美組合。我們乘坐兩日一夜的遊輪到訪有「新世界七大自然奇觀」之稱的下龍灣。在這裡，我們到山上遠足、划艇穿梭於奇峰異石間，沉浸在這大自然的鬼斧神工中。我們也到訪河內香村，見證傳承數百年的製香技藝，檀香裊裊中體會匠人精神。回到城市裡，我們踱步於殖民風情的老城巷弄，啜飲香濃法式咖啡，穿梭三十六古街的熙攘人潮，盡享千年古都的市井煙火。旅程尾聲，當然少不了沉醉於越式按摩的悠然時光。

Chiang Mai has a different vibe from other Thai cities. Unlike Bangkok’s glitter and Phuket’s beaches, it has a wilder, forested heart. We arrived just after flooding yet found no trace of damage - only a city full of grace. We spent a day exploring the White Temple, Blue Temple, and Black House, the White Temple shimmering like a mirage. At night, we retreated to an Instagram‑recommended rainforest resort, soaking in a bathtub inside a glass pavilion and listening to the chorus of insects. At dawn, a soft mist wrapped the trees and birdsong lifted us from sleep - a moment of pure peace. Back in town, we slipped into traditional Thai dress, the elegant fabrics turning us from visitors into part of the scene. We capped it off with local food and a real Thai massage. 清邁帶給人一種另類的「泰式」風情。告別了曼谷的繁華喧囂、布吉的海濱風光，清邁與泰北予人更為原始、更具森林氣息的感受。慶幸我們在水災過後造訪清邁，竟絲毫未感受到災後痕跡。我們花了整日遊覽著名的白廟、藍廟與黑屋，繼而住在原始雨林中的網紅度假屋。置身玻璃屋外，沉浸在浴缸裡，四周叢林環抱，漆黑夜晚中聆聽著昆蟲與動物的叫聲。破曉時分，柔和恬靜的薄霧輕撫著我們，鳥鳴聲將我們從夢境中喚醒，與大自然完全融為一體。回到清邁市區，我們當然不能錯過當地美食與正宗泰式按摩。
