We ask that during our ceremony that all phones are to be turned off. Please do not worry about trying to capture the special moments, our amazing photographer will be there to do this, so you can relax! We also ask for no photos to be shared on social media of the wedding party until the bride and groom have x

We've decided to keep the wedding mostly child-free, with the exception of our daughter, nieces and nephew. We hope you understand x

We'd love to see our guests get dressed up for our special day while still feeling comfortable! However, please avoid shades of white and no jeans until the evening reception x

The Ashbourne Hotel has 36 rooms, which are on a first come-first served basis. For a hotel room please book direct with the hotel to receive the discount and quote 'Shearer Wedding'. x

Please make us aware of any dietary requirements as soon as possible, the hotel are also happy to speak to you in more detail of any dietary requirements you may have x

Our ceremony begins at 1pm, so we kindly ask for you to arrive by 12:30pm. For our evening reception, the party kicks off at 7:30pm x
