Both the ceremony and reception will be a semi-formal dress code. For the ladies we recommend cocktail dresses, midi to floor length dresses, jumpsuits, or pant suits. For the guys we recommend khakis or slacks, button downs, and a sport coat or suit coat. We ask that guests please refrain from wearing jeans, polos and t-shirts, and white or ivory dresses.
We are so excited to see everyone dressed and ready to celebrate!
Can I Take Pictures?
The ceremony is an UNPLUGGED ceremony. The bride and groom specifically ask ALL guests to refrain from taking photos and to allow the photographers to capture the moment! Once the bride has made it to the alter, there will be a designated time for everyone to take a picture. Please feel free to take as many photos as you want during the reception!
What time is the ceremony and reception?
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30p, so please make sure to arrive to the venue 15 minutes early to find a seat. The cocktail hour begins at 6p so that the wedding party can take photos. The reception will start at 7p.
Is it inside or outside?
The 30-minute ceremony will be outside. When the ceremony ends there will be a cocktail hour and reception inside for the rest of the evening!
What is the situation for parking?
Parking is free and on the venue grounds. The venue will have a shuttle, but please plan on a small walk from the parking lot to the ceremony site if the shuttle is busy upon your arrival.
What's for dinner?
We threw it back to our Texan roots with some BBQ. If you're a Russellville native or have done some exploring in town, you know that our choice of Ridgewood Brothers is a good one!
The main course options are brisket and smoked turkey. Sides will include mac n' cheese, baked beans, and coleslaw!
What are your colors?
We encourage guests to wear or coordinate with our color scheme if they wish to, however, they certainly do not need to as it is not a part of the dress code!
