1. Check-In Details:
Check-in will begin on the day of the wedding at 2pm. You’ll have two hours to check in and get ready before the ceremony starts at 4:30pm. Please avoid wandering the venue until 4pm, as this time allows the bridal party to take pre-wedding photos. We also want to keep the set-up a surprise, so your cooperation is appreciated!
2. Transportation & Timing:
We highly recommend that you pre-book transportation and allow enough time to get to the venue, as traffic in Bali can be unpredictable. For a smoother experience, we suggest the ladies get ready with their hair and makeup before check-in to ensure everything runs on time.
3. Ceremony & Reception:
Both the ceremony and reception will take place on-site, so there’s no need to travel between locations. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm on the grass area, followed by cocktails and canapés by the pool. The reception and sit-down dinner will follow soon after.
4. Dress Code:
We’d love for everyone to follow the dress code so Chloe and Archie’s vision comes to life. Please see the photos below for dress code inspiration. We ask that the gentlemen avoid light-coloured suits and opt for darker shades like black, navy, or grey.
