Chloe Close and Joseph Coonen first met during their freshman year of high school. In the manner of a cheesy romantic comedy their lockers were situated next to one another, sparking a friendship, and bit of a crush on the part of Joseph.




After a couple of years of building their friendship, Joseph asked Chloe to their Junior prom and she said Sure. This confused Joseph, but was still excited to have the best date to prom. In their senior year, Chloe and Joseph began officially dating, starting the process of truly getting to know each other, and build their relationship.




They continued to date throughout college until October 28th, 2023, where in the bluffs of La Crosse, Wisconsin Chloe and Joseph became engaged to be wed.
