Our Wedding

Our love story begins on Sunday, July 10th, 2022 when we matched on the dating app Hinge. What started off as a conversation about dad jokes and artwork quickly blossomed into a romance like none other. Not even two weeks later, we had already planned our first date to see Jordan Peele's summer blockbuster Nope. We love a good surprise, though, so SURPRISE! this ended up being our second date! Chris's friend, Efren, was playing a show with their band, No Functional Purpose, in Lincoln a few days before the scheduled first date. Chloe accepted the invitation to the concert - and the rest is history. In the two years since their epic first two dates, we have a plethora of shared life experiences together, including several concert road trips to Minnesota, showcasing art exhibits in Lincoln, Wayne, and Nebraska City, getting engaged in Canyonlands National Park in Utah in May 2023, buying our first home in Lincoln in June 2023, and spending plenty of quality time with friends and family. We are thankful for every single person in our lives that has helped, loved, and supported us. We would not be here without you! We look forward to a life full of love, growth, and kindness.
