When and Where is the wedding?

The Wedding is at 3pm on June 13th, 2026. Both the ceremony and reception will be at the Venetian Estate in Milton, WV.

When is the RSVP cutoff date?

Please RSVP by March 1st. After that date, any non-responses will be marked as a decline so we can finalize our plans. Thank you so much for understanding!

What is the venue like?

The venue is intimate with everything in close proximity. The venue is accessible for those that are mobility impaired. The ceremony will take place outside on their gazebo lawn and the reception will be inside in their air-conditioned ballroom.

What time should I arrive?

The venue is strict on being late as to not take away from our moment. Please aim to be at least 10 minutes early but no later than 2:55pm to allow for time for you to take your seat. With the parking lot being close to the ceremony, late arrivals would be distracting and take away from our big day.

Where should I park?

There is a parking lot immediately as you pull into the venue.

What is the dress code?

For those that get as confused as we do when it comes to dress codes, this is for you! For guys, a fun colored polo and dress pants/khakis will do. For our Gal Pals, wear a fun sun dress with playful colors and you'll fit right in! As you can see, we want colors. We kindly ask that you do not wear white, black, or red.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to our lifestyles, we have made oodles of friends and have plenty of family. Please refer to your invite to see if you have a plus one. If you are unsure, please ask rather than assume.

Are my kids invited?

We love kids and many have made an impact on our lives. However, we ask that you only bring your kids if they are included on your invite.

Can I take photos and videos at your wedding?

Our ceremony will be unplugged meaning no phones out. We kindly ask you live in the moment and allow our photographers and videographer capture our big day for us. However, please feel free to photograph and video any parts of the reception!

What will the reception be like?

We plan on having fun bridal party entrances and traditional dances. Because we aren't the biggest fans of the dance floors, there will be a dance floor but also a game table for you to grab a game and take it back to your table and have some fun!

Will there be dessert?

Of course there will be dessert. We have opted for a more non-traditional approach and will have ice cream instead of cake!

What information do you have for Travel and Lodging?

There is a page dedicated to this information on this website. There are discounted rooms at a local hotel and there are multiple airports to look into if you need to fly in!

Are gifts required?

Of course not! We do not expect you to get us a gift! However, if you are interested there is a registry page on this website and you may also bring your gift in person to the wedding. Unsure what you should get? There are honeymoon and gift card funds on the registry!

I have dietary restrictions, what do I do?

If you have dietary restrictions and didn't get a chance to let us know, please contact one of us that you know to get things taken care of. Please limit these restrictions to allergies or intolerances not preferences.
