Newland Hall does not provide any rooms to stay in after the wedding, therefore we have reserved a number of rooms (25) at The County Hotel for our guests to book. We have been given these at a discounted price for 06/10/2024 & 07/10/2024. When booking your room please phone 01245455700 and explain you are from the Macpherson wedding party. Please note, the rooms will be sold on a first come first serve basis. Standard single room: FLEX £125 / ADVANCED £109, Standard double room: FLEX £140 / ADVANCED £129, Double plus: FLEX £150 / ADVANCED £139, Premium double: £170 / £159. Advanced rate is paying the full amount at the time of the booking and is non refundable. Flex rate is where a valid credit card will be taken at the time of booking and money is taken on the day at 12pm. This can also be cancelled at any time up to 12pm on the day of your stay. Check in time is at 2pm so we recommend booking for 2 nights as our wedding is also 2pm. You are able to arrive early on the day of your stay and leave you bags in a safe location until your room is ready. Leaving the booking until late may mean you do not get your room at a discounted price. Rooms that have not been booked by 06/09/2024 will be released to the public.

Your presence at our wedding is gift enough, but should you wish to gift us as well, a cash gift towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated

Due to having strict numbers, we politely ask that you do not bring a plus one unless we have specifically spoken to you directly. Children will be allowed to our wedding, however we do ask that if you are able to get care for them on the day, it would be greatly appreciated. If you are unable to, we would prefer for them to be collected at night. Again, this is not possible for all so we completely understand if you need to bring them to the whole day
