Chloe was born in Garden Valley, ID.
Jonathan was born in San Antonio, TX.
Eventually, they’d live within 20 miles of each other in NY.
Chloe’s heart lies with people and her ministry work. From a young age she took an interest in furthering her ministry by learning a foreign language, Swahili, and pioneering. These goals brought her to Massachusetts where she would support a Swahili language group for a couple of years. During that time, she eagerly made preparations to serve in Tanzania for a time. However, the Covid pandemic postponed those arrangements and she moved closer to her sister in NY instead.
Jonathan enjoyed pioneering and theocratic construction in his late teens. When the Warwick Headquarters construction in NY began he was invited to serve at at that project for a time. This led to an invitation to serve at the Printery in Wallkill Bethel and then Audio/Video in Patterson Bethel.
Well… after a long pandemic lockdown, Chloe and Jonathan met on a hike up Breakneck Ridge (as you can see in the picture above, I wasn’t just social distancing but also very nervous in having met such a pretty girl).
This led to them to form a friendship and eventually begin a courtship on October 1st, 2022.
As of July 9th they’re engaged and ready to take the next step!
