Please note: - We are not blocking off any rooms. We have provided two hotel suggestions in the Legends Area. There are many hotels in this area. A shuttle for all guests staying in the area will be provided from the Hampton Inn.

This hotel is located next to the Best Western with a convenient drive to the wedding venue, lots of things to do around the hotel, and a short 25 minute drive from the MCI airport. A shuttle will be provided to and from the venue from this hotel.

Hampton Inn Kansas City The Legends

The hotel is located with a convenient drive to the wedding venue, lots of things to do around the hotel, and a short 25 minute drive from the MCI airport. The indoor pool also has a large water slide. This hotel is located right next to The Hampton Inn. A shuttle will be provided to and from the venue with a pickup/drop off at the Hampton Inn. If you choose to stay at the Best Western, it is an easy walk to the shuttle pickup/drop off.

Best Western Plus KC Speedway Inn & Suites

A shuttle is being provided to and from the venue with The Hampton Inn being the pick-up and drop off point in Kansas City. Please see below details. To the Venue:3:00 PM - two buses will arrive at the Hampton Inn to pick up guests staying in Kansas City.3:30 PM - buses will leave the Hampton Inn and will arrive at the venue at approximately 4:00 PM. Return to the Hotel:9:15 PM - one bus will arrive to the venue and depart for the Hampton Inn at 9:30PM.10:15 PM - one bus will arrive to the venue and depart for the Hampton Inn at 10:30 PM. This will be the last shuttle as all guests must be out of the venue by 10:45.
